What is it?
• This method is based on learning through physical activities
• Students develop physically first. And then they produce the
language.
• Language teaching method which built around the
coordination of speech and action, it attempts to teach
language through activities.
• The basic view is to create fun atmosphere to learning by
involving physical activities which could help student
memorize and understand the material better.
Principles
• The important of listening on language development, and do not
require spoken output in the early stages of learning.
• Instead teachers will wait until students acquire enough language
through listening that they start to speak spontaneously.
• At the Beginnings stages of instruction students can respond to
the instructor in their native language.
• Feedback and correction is important, but in this method teacher
should only give it when it is demanding and after the student end.
Advantages
• It is fun and easy
• It down not require a great deal of preparation on the part
of the teacher.
• It is a good tool for learning vocabulary.
• There is no age barriers.
• Class size does not need to be a problem.
Disadvantages
• It is not a very creative method. Students are not given to
opportunity to express their own views and their thoughts
in a creative way.
• It is easy to overuse TPR.
• It is limited, since everything cannot be explained with this
method. It must be combined with other approaches.

Stress Reduction
-) Asher developed a stress-free approach to learning a second
language taking as a model the way children acquire their first
language (in a stress-free environment)
-) By focusing on meaning interpreted through movement, the
learner is able to liberate himself from stressful situations and
learn the language in a natural and ralaxed way.

4. Select supporting materials for classroom use
• Listen : students understand and learn befor speaking.
• Watch : students observe physical movement and
perform the movement themselves
• Imitate : students learn easily by moving their bodies.
• --) Finally students can resolve listening exercise,
listening always should be accompanied by physical
action or movement.

  • 3. What is it? • This method is based on learning through physical activities • Students develop physically first. And then they produce the language. • Language teaching method which built around the coordination of speech and action, it attempts to teach language through activities. • The basic view is to create fun atmosphere to learning by involving physical activities which could help student memorize and understand the material better.
  • 4. Principles • The important of listening on language development, and do not require spoken output in the early stages of learning. • Instead teachers will wait until students acquire enough language through listening that they start to speak spontaneously. • At the Beginnings stages of instruction students can respond to the instructor in their native language. • Feedback and correction is important, but in this method teacher should only give it when it is demanding and after the student end.
  • 5. Advantages • It is fun and easy • It down not require a great deal of preparation on the part of the teacher. • It is a good tool for learning vocabulary. • There is no age barriers. • Class size does not need to be a problem.
  • 6. Disadvantages • It is not a very creative method. Students are not given to opportunity to express their own views and their thoughts in a creative way. • It is easy to overuse TPR. • It is limited, since everything cannot be explained with this method. It must be combined with other approaches.

Stress Reduction -) Asher developed a stress-free approach to learning a second language taking as a model the way children acquire their first language (in a stress-free environment) -) By focusing on meaning interpreted through movement, the learner is able to liberate himself from stressful situations and learn the language in a natural and ralaxed way.
