2. Argumentative Essay On The Iraq War
The Iraq War started in 2003. The war was a protracted armed conflict that began with the invasion
of Iraq by a coalition led by the United states. This ultimately led to overthrowing Saddam Hussein s
government.
The political, economic, and social reasons that led to the war.
Iraq has been the concentration of the universal group and has been included unmistakably in the
media as of late, as the radical Islamist assemble known as the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria has
significantly expanded its energy and impact in the area in the last half of 2014. The political
turmoil and definitely crumbled security condition, which describes present day Iraq, can be
followed back to the United States intrusion of that nation and ISIS, which has as of late
developed in Iraq and Syria, in the revolt against the resultant US occupation, in those days as al
Qaeda in Iraq. In any case, for what reason did the US attack and involve Iraq anyway? Today,
there is a troublesome civil argument about what the Bush organization s intentions were, with the
probably clarification being a blend of the majority of the reasons advertised. What should
likewise be considered is that the occasions paving the way to the 2003 attack just go most of the
way to clarify why the US propelled this crusade, and keeping in mind the end goal to comprehend
the intricate and multidimensional components adding to the Bush organization s choice to attack
Iraq, one must backpedal further and look at pre 9/11 US

3. Imperialism In England And Germany
The early 19th and 20th centuries in England and Germany were times that would define modern
Europe for ages. While England had been a world superpower since the 1500 s, they had to
compete with Germany, a new and emerging country. For in the newer countries, imperialism was
giving the people a newfound sense of nationalism further empowering people. Modernizing
industry at a rapid pace shaped the workforce, while political systems were beginning to change in
England while taking shape in Germany. Yet, Germany s new found nationalism and industry ended
up making them a stronger nation than England.
In 1871, Realpolitik was at its height when Otto von Bismarck of Prussia formed Germany.
Bismarck was appointed as the prime minister of Prussia to crush the growing power of the
liberals. It was his job to instill conservative values while avoiding progressive thinking with
Western Europe. Bismarck used war as a political tactic by getting into wars he knew could win for
Prussia. He lured Denmark and France into war to beat them and add to a growing sense of pride
and nationalism within the German states. Two houses of government formed with the aristocracy
having more power than the lower house. The biggest downside of Bismarck getting into wars with
surrounding countries was that Germany was not industrializing over this period of time. Although,
once Germany unified, Bismarck was able to jumpstart the economy by implementing a series of
laws that would help businesses

4. Racial Profiling And The American Civil Liberties Union Essay
Racial Profiling
The concept of racial profiling has its wide range of definitions. According to the American Civil
Liberties Union, racial profiling means the discriminatory practice by law enforcement officials of
targeting individuals for suspicion of crime based on the individual s race, ethnicity, religion or
national origin. In other words, racial profiling has its assumptions that particular individuals are
more likely to be involved in transgression or unlawful activities based on individual s race or
background. Racial profiling does not just exist today; it thrives and mostly propels a brutalizing
message and inhuman misconception to citizens of the United States whom they are pre judged by
the color of their skin. The primary cause of profiling is racism or race related discrimination.
Unfortunately, this unwarranted approach is now commonly used by law enforcement officers,
even though it could be both unjust and unconstitutional. Not only does it violate the core
principles of this country, but it can be dangerous and deadly because it threatens our privacy and
security. It is also a threat to racial equality, where many influential and prominent people have
fought for to accomplish. Although many heroic activist leaders have ended racial division to its
certain extent, yet many African Americans all over America still face the rigid unequal world
because of unjustifiable race related tragedies that tremendously affects African Americans.

5. Homer s Ideas To Never Give Up In October Sky
In this essay I will tell you about a teenager named Homer who lives in the coal mining town
called Coalwood. This teen will overcome many obstacles including Homer s dad wanting him to
work in the coal mine, and he has to learn the mechanics of rocketry, and must overcome the
obstacle of his youth. But in the end Homer s hobby gets him into a good college and helps him
become a rocket engineer just as he had dreamed he would be.This has lead me to conclude the
theme of the movie is to never give up on your dreams, no matter what the cost.
I think the theme of October sky is never give up because, when Homer s Dad, Jack gets hurt in
the Mine, Homer goes to the mine and starts working there to support the family and not to get
kicked out of Coal Wood because the family is not working. When Homer s Dad gets better and
goes back to the Mine, he expectes Homer to stay working at the Mine and someday become
forman like his dad is, but when he gets struck by inspiration, he stays up all night and reads a
book on things that pertain to the trajectory of a Rocket going that high into the air, because a town

Attention Deficit hyperactive disorder is a prevalent and ever rising affliction in modern societies.
According to the American Psychiatric Association (2009), attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder
(ADHD) is one of the most common mental disorders in school aged children(Saemi 179) .While
the initial response to handling the syndrome is to medicate it and continually medicate to stem the
Simpsons. This is not a temporary instance to cure the disease just a never ending cycle. It is my
belief that not only is the medication over prescribed, but the alternative methods are to quickly

The Elimination diet is one way in which ADHD can be treated without the use of medicine in a
relatively affordable way. An oligoantigenic diet eliminates most known sensitizing food antigens
or allergens(Gordon/Millichap 3) While this may be inconvenient for an entire household, it is not
impossible essentially if you can afford to feed yourself you can afford to do this(chicken, rice, and
potatoes are all hypoallergenic and inexpensive). Another facet of the natural method is exercise.
The study Adopting an External Focus of Attention Facilitates Motor Learning in Children with
ADHD. In this study children who showed signs of ADHD were divided into two separate groups.
One that partook in outdoor activities followed by learning in a clasroom. And another that only
learned in the classroom. This study showed that the children who partook in the physical education
prior to classroom learning showed increased learning abilities. These two studies into natural
alternatives show that medication is not the only way to alleviate the symptoms of ADHD. That it
can be brought under control in a health way that not only has little to no adverse and unhealthy
side effects. But is also very good for your overall health. The Authorities: For The Diet Factor in

10. Potato Industry Comparison Paper
The potato industry is a perfect competition as there are many buyers and many sellers. Usually,
agriculture is considered a perfect competition because of this. Potatoes are gown in 28 of the 50
states with the biggest potato crops coming out of Washington, Idaho, Colorado, North Dakota,
Wisconsin and Maine. There are 2,500 commercial potatogrowers operating in the United States. (
What We Do | Potatoes USA ) Unlike many other crops, potatoes are not sold under production
contracts negotiated before the growing season. Potatoes grown and sold for fresh use are sold
on the open market. The ease of which to keep potatoes fresh comes as a great boon for the
shippers. This allows them a lot more flexibility when it comes time to sell their potato crops.
The United States exported 2,174,526 thousand pounds of potatoes and potato products in the 2014

The fries from the shop down the street began to decompose at the same rate as the burgers; the
McDonald s fries never did. This is highly alarming. All food should eventually break down. Yet,
the fries never did. There are many theories as to why the French fries from McDonalds do not
decompose. Some say it is simply because of the use of hydrogenated oil. That is the oil the
company uses to cook their fries. Vegetable oil is a liquid at room temperature and hydrogen is
added to make it more solid. The reason for using hydrogenated vegetable oil is because the
addition of hydrogen helps prolong the life of the food and stabilizes the taste. The burgers fried

11. Star Formation Essay
As described in our text, the material that makes up the universe is recycled constantly through
the formation and evolution of stars. Clouds of atomic gas cool and condense, forming cold,
dense clouds of molecular gas. Within these clouds of cold gas, stars can form. It takes just some
push, pull, or magnetic field to cause the cloud to fall into gravitational collapse. Once the cloud is
collapsing, the road to becoming a staris an inevitable one. The formation of a star involves many
different stages. In the beginning, there is just dust and a gas. Slowly, over time, the dust and gas
form a cloud of material containing all the right ingredients for star formation. Then, the cloud to

12. Pros and Cons of Packet and Circuit Switching.
Question:
What is Circuit and Packet Switching? Also Write Pros and Cons of Packet Circuit Switching.
Answer:
Circuit Switching:
Circuit switching was the first early era technique used in communication networks because it is
quite simple, easy and enough to carry analog signals. The main example of its use in the
telephone system, but it is also used in the core network and the core of the internet in the form of
SONET/SDH. In circuit switching, the transmission medium is mostly divided into the channels
using the FDM(Frequency Division Multiplexing), CDM (code division Multiplexing) or Time
division Multiplexing. A circuit is established the carry the information from source to the
destination. The signaling method is used to create a circuit. This signaling method only carries and
control the information, and considering the overhead. Overhead is the most important part in the
circuit switching. It is assumed that the signaling and per circuit state manage to make the circuit
switches are very difficult and hard to design, operate and the configuration also.
Circuit switching brings a direct physical connection between two nodes such as telephones or
computers. In order to create the direct connection by the many links it is necessary that each link
or node to be simultaneously free at all. Thus the average utilization of the all resources of the
nodes must be low if Evaluation of Telecommunication Switching systems the probability of

In Ursula K. Le Guin s utopian novel The Dispossessed, gender roles are one of the main theme
in the novel. The author uses two planets, Anarres and Urras to represent the different form of
society, to understand gender roles. In Urras, which is an Earth like world, women are treated as
if owned by men. However, in Anarres, a person s sex is irrelevant to the society, therefore there
was an equality of gender. Le Guin s purpose for this was to make her audience subconsciously
think about how society view gender roles by uses the affinity of a visitor, shevek to an Earth like

14. The Natural Resource Of Natural Resources
1.1Background and Introduction Over the last decade, the term natural resource curse has gained
importance among resource rich countries; it claims that natural resource wealth is linked to poor
economic growth (Sachs Warner, 2001). In other words, countries with an abundance of natural
resources are less developed and tend to grow slower than resource poor countries (Sachs Warner,
2001). It may seem that having plenty of natural resources is a gift, yet the fact is economic
growth in countries like Indonesia and Nigeria do not actually show that the profusion of natural
resources are a blessing (The Economist, 2000). Expectation to have a high growth economy
because of being rich in natural resources has gone. In fact, natural resources have been causing
many major conflicts to those resource rich countries in terms of economics, international relations,
and environment (Ross, 2003). Looking back on Indonesia s history, Indonesia was colonized by
the Dutch for 3.5 centuries, the reason was simply because Indonesia is rich of natural resources,
due to the limitations of natural resources, especially herbs and spices back in Netherlands (Cribb,
n.d.). During that time the Dutch tried to get the natural resources as much as they could without
considering the welfare of the Indonesian (Cribb, n.d.). Indonesia had been freed from the Dutch
and Japanese, yet, until today after 65 years of attaining independence, the country has not been

15. Narcissism In Shakespeare s Othello
William Shakespeare once said, A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself
to be a fool. This idea can be easily applied to his play Othello. In this book Shakespeare writes of
an individual, Iago, who thinks himself to be wise in his plan to get back at his superior, Othello,
who kept a job opportunity from him. Iago schemes and plans not thinking about anyone else but
himself and his goal to get himself promoted. Iago thinks he is smarter than everyone else and
does not care about the consequences of his actions. Throughout the book, the reader learns that
Iago has a grand sense of self, needs admiration while taking much pride in his accomplishments,
and lacks empathy for the characters whose lives he affects. Accordingly, Iago considers himself a
wise man, but the reader realizes hs is, in fact, a fool.
Furthermore, The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders characterizes narcissism as
a personality disorder under Cluster B of Personality Disorders. There are nine criteria
characterizing narcissism, but in order to have a diagnosis of narcissism one must meet five of the
nine criteria. The essential factor of a narcissistic personality disorder is a pattern of grandiosity
(DSM 670), which means that the individual amplifies their achievements (DSM 669). According
to the manual, narcissists also overestimate their abilities and inflate their accomplishments and
often appear boastful and pretentious (DSM 670). In addition,

Overview of WAT It was previous thought that WAT is only an energy storage facility. Research
has also shown that WAT aids in the homeostasis of lipids and provides a buffering system
postprandial. Postprandial, adipocytes uptake fatty acids while suppressing the release of non
esterified fatty acids into circulation. This action becomes extremely important when buffering no
longer takes place due to storage limits of the adipocytes. The following elevated concentrations of
triglycerides, fatty acids and inappropriate location storage, including liver, skeletal muscle and
pancreatic beta cells leading to metabolic complications (Frayn 2002, Virtue and Vidal Puig 2008).

energy expenditure, to influence the glucose, lipid metabolism, and alter neuroendocrine function

increased leptin levels with no impact on regulating energy homeostasis. Leptin resistance causes
insulin resistance and the accumulation of lipids is a direct result of the reduction of lipid oxidation

Nowadays with people having busy lives, of school, job, and family, it could get complex in taking
time of someones day to volunteer; however, volunteering is monumental to people and the
community. Volunteer work helps connect people, it is exceptional for the mind and body, and can
advance career opportunities.
Making new friendships and strengthening them is to connect to one another with common

do volunteer work. By doing this makes the community stronger and expands people social groups
by exposing them to new people with similar interests and exciting and activities. In this time and

Let s say that the situation will continue like it is now, none of the 2 mentioned dangers

at the fact that consumers are increasingly shifting away from mass produced beers towards high
quality, classier, and locally produced craft micro brews. Or the fact that Japanese consumers will
be tempted to buy affordable domestic brands due to the economic downturn. As because Corona is
the top seller in the Export Brands International portfolio, their revenues and profitability will be
seriously affected.
Not to say the fact that right now, Corona is not the only Mexican beer present in the Japanese
market, now being under direct attack by a series of other Mexican beer that have high marketing
budgets. To maintain the position, Export Brands International is forced to pump heavily in the
investment marketing budget , much more than the others as Corona must change and reinvent

The situation can even explode for Export Brands International, as large beers conglomerates with

I actually read two chapters that we had not yet read from the book Mere Christianity and chose
the one that has had the most significant impact on my life in recent years. I have come to

Lewis s take on forgiveness and Christianityaugmented my understanding even further. I am
excited to review this chapter and share with you my story of forgiveness, as well as, reveal how
this chapter has impacted and altered my understanding of forgiveness and my faith. C. S.
Lewis spends the beginning of his chapters identifying the conflicts regarding the topic that he is
about to embark on. I think this is a great approach to his writing; identify the problem, find
common ground in order to open the mind of the reader to hear the topic of the chapter. Here
Lewis identifies that the problem with forgiveness is that people think it hateful and
contemptible. That sort of talk makes them sick, they say (Mere Christianity, 1952, p.115). He
also expresses that he is not trying to tell you that he is particularly great at forgiveness, but that
he is merely explaining that this is what Christianity is. Lewis explains that forgiveness is

22. Old Men Comparison
No Country for Old Men Novel and Film comparison.
In this particular essay, that I am doing for the extra credit, I will be comparing the famous novel
No Country for Old Men by Cormac McCarthy, 2005 and the correlating film No Country for Old
Men , directed by Joel Ethan Coen, 2007. I will discuss the similarities and the differences of the
film and the book, blending the difference of genres and leveling the field, allowing to compare.
Staring off, I would like to mention the fact that a comparison of the book and the film is a
difficult thing to do, as these genres are very different in their nature.
Let s start with the novel: as a lot of Cormac McCarthy s novels this one is a stylized gothic
Western , its intense and both depressing, emotional and fascinating to read with its vivid imagery
and gripping plot. McCarthy s blood soaked Mexican border, hitmen, gangs, drugs, the rotten aspect
of the government, sociopathic murderers, etc. Lack of punctuation, for me personally, was a
lackluster part of the whole novel. The whole action sequence can be described as chronological,

In On Misunderstanding the Oedipus Rex, E. R. Dodds takes issue with three different opinions
on Oedipus Rex. I consider the first two opinions, which Dodds gleaned from student papers, to be
defensible from a close reading of the text. The first of these opinions is that Oedipus was a bad
man, and was therefore punished by the gods; Dodds counters that Sophocles intended for us to
regard him as good, noble, and selfless. But the play would seem to indicate that Oedipus, while a
clever man, is not a good one this can be shown through Dodds own source of argument, the

However, the driving force of Oedipus fact finding mission is an attempt to end the plague
which racks his city. He does not realize the personal consequences his hunt will have for him,
and his loyalty to the truth (23) is based on his ignorance of it. In fact, if we examine the events
leading up to Oedipus revelation, the incidental nature of his quest for identity becomes
apparent. First, he summons Tiresias to name the killer, whom Oedipus does not at the time
believe to be himself. Then a messenger arrives from Corinth, unbidden by the king, revealing
that Oedipus is not truly Polybus son. Finally, the shepherd reveals all of Oedipus past, after
having been called for the purpose of providing more information about Laius death. The
coincidental nature of these events is somewhat at odds with Dodds vision of Oedipus as a sort
of Greek private detective who relentlessly ferrets out clues in a self destructive search for his
parents. Oedipus is eager to find the truth, but the most pivotal witnesses for the true story of his
birth either come to him of their own volition, or are convened by Oedipus in the hopes that they
will tell him something entirely different. In the end, he resigns himself to the truth which would

Most people have felt or took in the air pollutants coming from a car but little did they know what
the consequences that smell or the soot may present. The black smoke, and sometimes invisible
pollutants, are causing harm all over the earth without people realizing it. Car pollution can cause
disruption to human s health, the environment, and the cities in just a matter of time and in many
different ways. The air pollutionfrom cars contains various components that all can factor into
harming humans health. According to The Environmental Protection Agency s actions, they
took away a key part of the pollution from gasoline:lead. This is a dangerous component of gas
because it affects parts of the body such as organs, the brain, and the nervous system. Children
gain the worst effects from the lead but everyone can gain bad side effects and problems from a
simple part of pollution going into the air (Cars, Trucks, Buses, and Nonroad). Lead is a very
harsh component of gas and is definitely a part of pollution that you do not want to expose kids
to because of the even more dangerous effects it has on them compared to adults. Along with the
elimination of lead, Baines states that Diesel engines power most large vehicles like buses and
trucks. They are also becoming more popular in cars. They use less fuel, but if they are not tuned
properly, they can create a lot of black smoke and soot. It is suspected that this can cause cancer in
some people (Baines 22). If

So it is also attractive for Jules Kroll to take this opportunity to enter the credit rating industry. In
addition, the issuer pays model, which used by the big three rating agencies, lets companies shop
around for the best ratings, putting pressure on the agencies to inflate their grades. As a result, it is
very difficult to argue that they can adequately represent the users side. Therefore, Jules Kroll wants
to use another model that can assign unbiased and reliable ratings.
Threat The leading ratings agencies, Moody s, Standard Poor s and Fitch a triumvirate some liken
to an oligopoly, almost dominate the whole market. Their long history operations, great reputation
and customers loyalty in the industry lead them incomparable to new entrants. Furthermore, Kroll
also faces competition from new entrants like Meredith Whitney, a banking analyst who is getting
into the ratings business, and Morningstar, of mutual fund fame, and the Chinese municipal rating
agency Dagong with huge capital. Therefore, it is tough for Kroll to break into this new industry
where the three dominant incumbents have 97% of all ratings.
In conclusion, we could say it is a good time for Kroll to enter credit rating business since the big
three agencies lost considerable investor confidence during the financial crisis, and that the sector
is ripe for new blood. However, based on our SWOT analysis, we don t think it

27. Similarities Between Japan And Canadian Government
Japan and Canada are on opposite sides of the world, but are they on opposite sides of
government? That s what I ve been researching about for the past three weeks.
TYPE OF GOVERNMENT
Japan is a constitutional monarchy, which means that the emperor s power is limited and saved for
special ceremonies. Canada is also a constitutional monarchy, where Queen Elizabeth II plays a
symbolic role instead of a position in power.
STRUCTURES AND FUNTIONS
Japans government is sorted into three branches; the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the
executive branch. Similarly, Canada has the same branches.
In Japan executive powers are exclusively in the Cabinet, which consists of a prime minister and
the ministers he or she appoints. The prime minister, is appointed by the emperor, by the Diet. The
prime minister appoints the other members of the Cabinet, all of whom must be members of the
legislature. The Cabinet is responsible to the Diet and must resign if the House of Representatives
passes a vote that takes them off a seat of power. In Canada the executive branch holds the positions
of the lieutenant governor: W. Thomas Molloy, premier, cabinet, and public service. In Canada the

In the years leading to full decolonization, both Asian and African nations achieved independence

Mahatma Gandhi believed that with economic independence, Indiawould be have an uplift within

example, the Nazi rule in Germany or the ones in Britian. Basically, the cause of wanting
independence in India was due to the British. The consequence of leaving the British s ways is that

Within Africa, nations were trying to achieve independence with some achieving it easially.
Most of Africa s nations share a consequence: weakness. This weakness, before decolonization,
Patrice Lumumba, who is the Prime Minster of Congo, believes that Congo was prematurealy
mocked, weakened, and partially dominated. Patrice believes that just because of their skin
color, that was not an reason to be treated like the way they are treated now (Doc 4). Nkrumah
Kwame, who was the president of the first nation to be decolonized in Africa, assumes the fact
that many other African nations were struggling, weak, and helpless. With the fragmentation

31. The Relationship Between Osteoporosis And Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis, also known as porous bone, is a disease characterized by low bone mass and
structural deterioration of bone tissue which leads to bone fragility and an increased risks of the
hip, spine, and wrist. Both men and women are affected by this (although it affects women more)
but it can be prevented and treated. In the United States, more than 40 million people either already
have osteoporosisor at a high risk because of low bonemass.
Sir Astley Paston Cooper was a famous English physician, anatomist, and surgeon who first
discovered the association between fractures and bone density reduction because of aging which
created the base for discovering Osteoporosis. Another person who helped with the discovery of
osteoporosis was Jean Lobstein. Around 1833, Lobstein was the first person to medically describe
the pathological condition and appearance of Osteoporosis. He described the condition as, One
with holes in the bone associated with fragility . He was also the one who named the disease.
Another important discovery of the disease is the relationship between osteoporosis with the
postmenopausal state, which was discovered by Fuller Albright. Albright discovered that there is a
direct relationship between the lack of estrogen after menopause and the development of
osteoporosis. After menopause, bone breakdown outrun the building of new bone. Early

The mankind is leaving in the era of changing. Whether we want or not, it is obviously that the

business has not been an exception. While these changes concern every person of the society it is
still very important to obtain the knowledge which will remain him competitive and help him to be

such significant benefits as an opportunity to develop a business all over the world, changing and
challenging the way of doing business through a new concept of managementin a free world.
Sceptics believe that the free market and globalization will lead to bankruptcy of local businesses.
Certainly, as any other things in this world, globalization has both negative and positive effects on
economy in general and business specifically. Moreover, local society claims that domestic markets
might be captured by the foreign companies. In addition, homeland firms could be not developed
enough to defeat their market from invasions because of competitive disabilities. On the other hand,
using international statistics and experience, we could say that business is a competition let the
best win. It is the truth that only the best will get a victory, but it is also true that business is for the

not just physical, but asking about the patients home life and family. The number of people that
have come to the health department to receive an influenza shot has represented a large portion of

Hey look! It s a bird, a plane, its Superman! The common phrase for a hero like Superman. But,
what about anti hero Macomber, a character written by Ernest Hemingway in the book called The
Short Happy Life? Throughout history we have seen millions of heroes and anti heroes. Heroes
are people who sacrifice their lives to save others, while anti heroes does the same thing, only they
lack the moral codes that heroes follow. They are both different because of one thing, their views
about appearance. Appearance describes one s personality, strength, and gives them an honorable

We can see this happening when the narrator describes Maycomber. Maycomber is very tall,
very well built if you do not mind that length of bone...He is also very good at court games
(Hemingway 122). This quote shows that Maycomber is very fit and strongly built, but despite
his strength, in reality he is really a coward as described in paragraph above. He focuses more on
being the person who he looks like to be than what he actually is; a coward. Unlike superman
who does not focus at all about his strength. When maturity was reached, he discovered that he

Maycomber, Superman still save people s lives, instead of trying to keep glory like Macomber.

uses his strength as a way to show people that he is strong and not actually demonstrating it in the
story, again, showing us that heroes does not care much about appearance, they rather care about

38. The Relationship Between Internal Communication and...
Introduction
It is clear that internal communication is an essential practice for organisational success. However,
what does this statement actually mean? In this essay, I hope to break down both concepts of
internal communication and successful organisations and then conduct an in depth analysis on the
relationship between internal communication and successful organisations.
What is internal communication?
Literature Reivew
According to Bruce Berger, Internal communication represents the communication and the
interactions among the members of an organization, being defined as a way of describing and
explaining a corporation. Internal communication targets the internal members of an organization,
including the superiors, the collaborators and the subordinates. (Kovacs Reka and Anca Borza,
2012, 613 630)
This means that internal communications is crucial for creating unity and harmony within an
organisation. Through internal communication, employees of an organisation can exchange
information, establish relationships, form systems of values, create an organisational culture,
harmonize activities, establish collaboration for the achievement of goals and develop formal and
informal networks. (Kovacs Reka and Anca Borza, 2012, 613 630) Another way to look at internal
communications would be to define it as a strategic organisational communications and they differ
from one organisation to another.
Internal communications happens constantly within organizations and is
