The savings and loans cooperative are a cooperative that has an important purpose in its reach and services, such as the Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative. Activities within the cooperative itself include managing member data as well as savings and loan transactions. In systems that are still manual, such as Microsoft Excel, there is a risk of inaccurate data and takes a long time. This manual system is still less effective because the number of members and transactions continues to grow. Therefore, an application is needed as a more effective data processing and information system for members that is easier to access. This study aims to build an android-based savings and loan application using the hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language and my structured query language (MySQL) as data storage. Based on the android application that has been made, it shows that the black box functionality of the application runs as planned, the success rate for users reaches 90%.

Every government's major objective is to provide the greatest services in order to establish efficiency and quality of performance. Syria's government has understood how critical it is to go in the direction of information technology. However, there are gaps and poor links across government sectors, which has tainted the image of Syrian e-governance. As a result, one of the main aims of this study is to figure out what factors impact Syrians' acceptance of the e-government system. A total of 600 questionnaires were delivered to Syrian individuals as part of a survey. The data was analysed using the structural equation model (SEM) using AMOS version 21.0. User intention to utilise an e-government system was shown to be influenced by performance expectations, effort expectations, system flexibility, citizens-centricity, and facilitating conditions. Assurance, responsiveness, reliability, tangibles, and empathy are five fundamental factors that have a major impact on government operation excellence. Behavioural Intention is being utilised as a mediator between the government operation excellence (GOE) initiative and the e-government platform.

The advancement of the information and communications technology has helped almost all governments across the world as they have exploited these technologies for delivering services to their citizens. However, this phenomenon may face several challenges and barriers that lead to the failure in its adoption, use, or continuous usage. In the Arab countries, the rate of failure in the use of electronic services is high in the public sector. Therefore, previous studies have concentrated on this critical issue and highlighted on the citizens’ perspective andignored the perspective of employees in the government organizations. In addition, very few previous studies dealt with the quality of the services based on the employees’viewpoint. Thus, based on the arguments that have been stated earlier, this preliminary study strives to identify the factors that may affect the electronic administrative adoption according to the employees’ perspective. With regard to the data collection, the quantitative method, self-administered questionnaires will be distributed among the staff of the Al-Mustansiriyah University, Iraq. With regard to data analysis, a partial least squares structural equation modelling will be used as a technique to analyse the collected data from a key respondent (Employee). Technology Acceptance Model for Mobile Health SystemsIOSR Journals
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to explore the factors that influence health-related consumer’s
acceptance to use the mobile technology as a tool for receiving healthcare services. Based on technology
acceptance model (TAM), this paper provides a better understanding of antecedent of key acceptance constructs
(e.g. intention to use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use). The proposed research model and hypotheses
validated and tested with data collected from 302 Egyptians and Yemenis patients, health professionals, and
general health users. The results are analyzed using a number of statistical techniques including partial least
squares. The key findings obtaining from the results of the three surveyed stakeholders reveal that: (1) ninety
percent are indented to use mobile health services. (2) While intention to use has greatly influenced by
perceived usefulness, the impact of perceived ease of use varies. (3) Perceived value, perceived ease of use and
portability factors are significantly affect perceived usefulness. (4) Self-efficacy and technology anxiety have a
great impact on perceived ease of use. (5) The impact of the rest of the suggested factors ranged from medium,
low, and insignificant. The research made an in-depth exploration and examination of the factors that influence
user’s intention to use mobile health services focusing on technological, cultural, organizational, political, and
social aspects whereas most of the previous studies considered only one or two aspects together. The proposed
model can be applied to assess mobile health user’s acceptance, thereby help mobile health developers and
providers to develop better mobile health applications that meet the needs of the potential users.

Understanding User’s Acceptance of Personal Cloud Computing: Using the Techno...Maurice Dawson
Personal Cloud Computing (PCC) is a rapidly growing technology, addressing the market demand of individual users for access to available and reliable resources. But like other new technologies, concerns and issues have surfaced with the adoption of PCC. Users deciding whether to adopt PCC may be concerned about the ease of use, usefulness, or security risks in the cloud. Negative attitudes toward using a technology have been found to negatively impact the success of that technology. The purpose of this study was to understand users’ acceptance of PCC. The population sample consisted of individual users within the United States between 18 and 80 years of age. The theoretical framework utilized in this study was based on the technology acceptance model (TAM). A web survey was conducted to assess the measurement and understanding of patterns demonstrated by participants. Our results shows that in spite of the potential benefits of PCC, security and privacy risks are deterring many users from moving towards PCC.

In this study, the researcher evaluated the challenges of e-governance implementation in
Nigerian aviation industry, using Dana Airline. The objectives of the study are; to examine the
factors that hinder the effective implementation of e-governance in the selected airline in
aviation industry in Nigeria; and to examine if the factors identified in the implementation of egovernance
have significantly affected the performance of selected airlines in aviation industry
in Nigeria. Recorded population of the study is 850, and the study used Yaro Yamane formula
at 95% confidence level to obtain a sample size of 272. Cronbach alpha was employed to obtain
a reliability instrument that yielded an index coefficient of 0.843, which made the instrument
reliable. In line with the design of this study, the data that were collected for this study were
analyzed using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The objectives posed for the study were
answered using mean, standard deviation, and sample independent t-test statistics. The
hypothesis was tested at 5% level of significance. Based on the findings of the study, it was
concluded that ICT infrastructure is the most factor that hinders the implementation of egovernance
in Nigerian aviation industry. This means that without proper ICT infrastructure, it is
impossible to implement the e-governance in aviation industry in a developing country like
Nigeria. In the absence of proper awareness among the users of the e-governance system, it is
impossible to set up an effective e-governance system. Non-acceptability of IT systems, Low
financial capability, Lack of electricity, High-cost, low-reliability of Internet access, Lack of
training facilities and Lack of planning are all factors that hinder the effective implementation of
e-governance in aviation industry in Nigeria. The study also concluded that the
factors/challenges identified in the implementation of e-governance have significantly affected
the performance of selected airlines in aviation industry in Nigeria. The study therefore
recommends among others based on the findings of the study that it is paramount to have a
proper ICT infrastructure to implement e-governance; government should take appropriate steps
to enhance the awareness among the users of e-governance by organizing seminar meeting and
other enlighten the users in the proper application of e-governance.

APPLYING AN ARABIC CONVERSATIONAL AGENT IN THE JORDANIAN E-GOVERNMENTijcsit
This paper discusses a prototype idea of applying a Conversational Agent (CA) to be embedded into the Jordanian E-government websites. The Conversational Agent is a smart system used to handle natural conversations between user and machine. A Jordanian citizen facing struggles when he/she want to apply for a service through the E-government portal. In addition the Jordanians struggling when searched for a
piece of information (for example the needed documents for a specific service) inside the E-government websites. This struggling comes from number of reasons such as the needed knowledge that the user could have to deal with such services and the big number of links that the user must visitto achieve his/her target. In addition, the Jordanian E-Government websites does not meet the users’ requirements in their design.
Instead, this paper proposes the idea of applying a prototype called CA into those websites as a general help desk automated service to save the Jordanians time and effort. Simply, the user will chat with the proposed CA with what he/she coming to do through the targeted website using a text based Arabic conversations. The CA’s responses might be the exact needed link or the targeted information. Such a proposed service will strength the Jordanian E-government platform especially for accessibility and usability factors and as to best of our knowledge, no country has been applied it before.

Net impact implementation application development life-cycle management in ba...CSITiaesprime
Digital transformation in the banking sector creates a lot of demand for application development, either new development or application enhancement. Continuous demand for reimagining, revamping, and running applications reliably needs to be supported by collaboration tools. Several big banks in Indonesia use Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, and Crowd, to support strategic company projects. We need to measure the net impact of application development life-cycle management (ADLM) as a collaboration tool. Using the deLone and McLean model, process questionnaire data from banks in Indonesia that use ADLM. Processing data using structural equation modeling (SEM), multiple variables are analyzed statistically to establish, estimate, and test the causation model. The conclusions highlight that system quality strongly affected only User Satisfaction (p=0.049 and β=0.39). Information quality strongly affected use (p=0.001 and β=0.84) and strongly affected user satisfaction (p=0.169 and β=0.28). Service quality strongly affected only use (p=0.127 and β=0.31). Conclusion research verifies the information system's achievement approach described by DeLone and McLean. Importantly, it was discovered that system usability and quality were key indicators of ADLM success. To fulfill their objective, ADLM must be developed in a way that is simple to use, adaptable, and functional.
DIGITAL COMMUNITY CURRENCY USABILITY FROM THE USER’S EYES: CASES OF SARAFU AN...ijseajournal
Day by day, users demand systems that fulfill their expectations. Often, users of a system are dissatisfied
because systems do not meet their expectations. Indeed, user expectations vary, including
unrealistic expectations –those that are without regard for constraints such as budget, time, manpower and
so on. Even so, place of users’ involvement in system development and implementation need to be
recognized.
Usability is an important aspect in system development and implementation. It is necessary to have an
elaborate understanding of usability from the ‘eyes’ of a user. This study adopted the qualitative research
design that employed triangulation. Two contemporary DCC cases of interest in this research study are:
MTCr. in Kisumu; and the Sarafu in Nairobi. This paper espouses usability definitions and associated
attributes. Specifically, this study established the meaning of digital community currency from the lens of
the users.

This paper espouses usability definitions and associated
attributes. Specifically, this study established the meaning of digital community currency from the lens of
the users.

Development of E-learning Software Based Multiplatform ComponentsjournalBEEI
E-learning software is a product of information and communication technology used to help dynamic and flexible learning process between teacher and student. The software technology was first used in the development of e-learning software in the form of web applications. The advantages of this technology because of the ease in the development, installation, and distribution of data. Along with advances in mobile/wireless electronics technology, e-learning software is adapted to this technology known as mobile learning. The ability of this electronic device is the same as a single computer even though it is simpler than a single computer. The problem that arises when e-learning software operates on multiple platforms is that computer programs are made repeatedly depending on the platform being used. This situation will obviously affect the quality of e-learning software. To overcome these problems, in this study developed component-based software that is a modern paradigm for software development that produces reusable software components, high quality, and cost-effective. In software development, software components will be assembled in the software in need. The result of this research is high quality e-learning software based multiplatform component.
Assessment of Internet Banking Services Continued Use: Role of Socio-cognitiv...TELKOMNIKA JOURNAL
Recently, continued use of information systems in general and particularly the context of internet
banking has drawn increasing attention both in academic and trade literatures. However, different
perspectives that determine the continued use of internet banking has been addressed. Given the long-term
goal of any business entity is to increase its productivity, expand its customer base and maximize revenues,
it is crucial for banks offering internet banking services to focus on encouraging their customers to continually
use internet banking. While emerging attention had been given on the assessment of continued use of
internet banking services from single view, little of attention were given from researchers to combine different
views in a single comprehensive model. Yet, it is believe that combining different views would provide a
better understanding to the issues surrounding the continued use. Drawing on the literature, this study
developed a model to determine factors that influence the continued use of internet banking by combining
factors from the socio-cognitive view and the relational view. Using a survey questionnaire, 450
questionnaires were distributed to users of internet banking in Libya. A number of interesting findings
emerged, among others, is the lack of association between trust and perception to continue using the internet
banking services in Libya.
A NOVEL SERVICE ORIENTED ARCHITECTURE (SOA) TO SECURE SERVICES IN E-CITYijsptm
Many cities in the world have moved toward being e-city using IT and there are some who have
implemented it and or seeking out to make it operational. However, experience shows that implementation
of e-city faces Challenges which the effectiveness of e-city, improvement of provided services and security
are the most important part of these challenges. Today, for realization of a perfect e-city, to overcome
faced challenges Such as security issues is an urgent need. Considering that e-city consists of multiple
information systems, it’s the most important challenge to create integration between these systems and
provide its security which service oriented architecture as a computational model and an approach for data
integration could largely overcome these problems. In this paper through studying challenges of
information systems in e-city layers and with concentrating on advantages of service oriented architecture,
a new architecture to improve the security of e-city’s systems and their provided services and also
overcoming the challenges of information systems has been proposed
Data warehouse generally contains both types of data i.e. historical & current data from various data sources. Data warehouse in world of computing can be defined as system created for analysis and reporting of these both types of data. These analysis report is then used by an organization to make decisions which helps them in their growth. Construction of data warehouse appears to be simple, collection of data from data sources into one place (after extraction, transform and loading). But construction involves several issues such as inconsistent data, logic conflicts, user acceptance, cost, quality, security, stake holder’s contradictions, REST alignment etc. These issues need to be overcome otherwise will lead to unfortunate consequences affecting the organization growth. Proposed model tries to solve these issues such as REST alignment, stake holder’s contradiction etc. by involving experts of various domains such as technical, analytical, decision makers, management representatives etc. during initialization phase to better understand the requirements and mapping these requirements to data sources during design phase of data warehouse.
The Contribution of Information Technology Infrastructure in the Information ...IJRES Journal
There are some great innovations in e-government during the past decade. And there is intense competition between some governments and leaders in the supply of services on the Internet. Some countries do not want to stay behind in this area, where many governments have developed detailed strategies to realize the e-government programs. Despite differences in goals behind these programs from one country to another, but there are still many points of convergence between them particularly in information technology infrastructure field. However, Problems associated with the process of application and adoption of e-government due to poor systems and infrastructure construction, which negatively affects the adoption of the public services through the e-government portal, in particular in developing countries. This study argued contribution the information technology Infrastructure in Information Systems success in e-government agencies. Where there are weaknesses in the understanding of this contribution and its importance in many developing countries, so the researcher proposed a model to clarify this contribution, and expected a positive relationship between the information technology infrastructure factors and information systems success, and this affects positively or negatively the adoption of e-government.

Remote sensing and GIS application for monitoring drought vulnerability in In...riyaniaes
Agricultural drought is one of the hydrometeorological disasters that cause significant losses because it affects food stocks. In addition, agricultural droughts, impact the physical and socio-economic development of the community. Remote sensing technology is used to monitor agricultural droughts spatially and temporally for minimizing losses. This study reviewed the literatures related to remote sensing and GIS for monitoring drought vulnerability in Indonesia. The study was conducted on an island-scale on Java Island, a provincial-scale in East Java and Bali, and a district-scale in Indramayu and Kebumen. The dominant method was the drought index, which involves variable land surface temperature (LST), vegetation index, land cover, wetness index, and rainfall. Each study has a strong point and a weak point. Low-resolution satellite imagery has been used to assess drought vulnerability. At the island scale, it provides an overview of drought conditions, while at the provincial scale, it focuses on paddy fields and has little detailed information. In-situ measurements at the district scale detect meteorological drought accurately, but there were limitations in the mapping unit's detailed information. Drought mapping using GIS and remote sensing at the district scale has detailed spatial information on climate and physiographic aspects, but it needs temporal data monitoring.
Non-linear behavior of root and stem diameter changes in monopodial orchidriyaniaes
Precision agriculture aims to maximize yield with optimum resources. Vast majority of natural systems are acknowledged as complex and non-linear. However, prior to formulation of precise models, linearity tests are performed to validate plant behavior. This study has presented proof that the water uptake system in monopodial orchid is indeed non-linear. The change in physical growth of root and stem due to temperature and relative humidity factors are observed. The work focused on Ascocenda Fuchs Harvest Moon x (V. Chaophraya x Boots) orchid hybrid. Three complementary methods are presented: linearity tests through 1) regression fitting; 2) scatter plots; and 3) cross-correlation function tests. Root diameter, stem diameter, temperature, and relative humidity are logged at 15 minutes interval for a duration of 71 days. The polynomial equations derived for root diameter and stem diameter changes attained strong regression coefficients. The non-linear behavior is further confirmed by the scatter plots where no linear associations are present between the independent and dependent variables. Subsequently, the cross-correlation function tests conducted on temperature-root diameter, temperature-stem diameter, relative humidity-root diameter, and relative humidity-stem diameter combinations also revealed weak correlation. Despite using different techniques, the behavior of physical changes has been consistently proven to be non-linear.
Cucumber disease recognition using machine learning and transfer learningriyaniaes
Cucumber is grown, as a cash crop besides it is one of the main and popular vegetables in Bangladesh. As Bangladesh's economy is largely dependent on the agricultural sector, cucumber farming could make economic and productivity growth more sustainable. But many diseases diminish the situation of cucumber. Early detection of disease can help to stop disease from spreading to other healthy plants and also accurate identifying the disease will help to reduce crop losses through specific treatments. In this paper, we have presented two approaches namely traditional machine learning (ML) and CNN-based transfer learning. Then we have compared the performance of the applied techniques to find out the most appropriate techniques for recognizing cucumber diseases. In our ML approach, the system involves five steps. After collecting the image, pre-processing is done by resizing, filtering, and contrast-enhancing. Then we have compared various ML algorithms using k-means based image segmentation after extracted 10 relevant features. Random forest gives the best accuracy with 89.93% in the traditional ML approach. We also studied and applied CNN-based transfer learning to investigate the further improvement of recognition performance. Lastly, a comparison among various transfer learning models such as InceptionV3, MobileNetV2, and VGG16 has been performed. Between these two approaches, MobileNetV2 achieves the highest accuracy with 93.23%.
Using particle swarm optimization to solve test functions problemsriyaniaes
In this paper the benchmarking functions are used to evaluate and check the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. However, the functions utilized have two dimension but they selected with different difficulty and with different models. In order to prove capability of PSO, it is compared with genetic algorithm (GA). Hence, the two algorithms are compared in terms of objective functions and the standard deviation. Different runs have been taken to get convincing results and the parameters are chosen properly where the Matlab software is used. Where the suggested algorithm can solve different engineering problems with different dimension and outperform the others in term of accuracy and speed of convergence.
Android mobile application for wildfire reporting and monitoringriyaniaes
Peat fires cause major environmental problems in Central Kalimantan Province, Indonesia and threaten human health and effect the social-economic sector. The lack of peat fire detection systems is one factor that causing these reoccurring fires. Therefore, in this study, we develop an Android mobile platform application and a web-based application to support the citizen-volunteers who want to contribute wildfires reports, and the decision-makers who wish to collect, visualize, and evaluate these wildfires reports. In this paper, the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) and a global position system (GPS) sensor from a smartphone’s camera, is a useful tool to show the potential fire and smoke’s close-range location. The exchangeable image (EXIF) file image and GPS metadata captured by a mobile phone can store and supply raw observation to our devices and sent it to the data center through global internet communication. This work’s results are the proposed application easy-to-use to monitoring potential peat fire by location and data activity. This paper focuses on developing an application for the mobile platform for peat fire reporting and a web-based application to collect peat fire location for decision-makers. Our main objective is to detect the potential and spread of fire in peatlands as early as possible by utilizing community reports using smartphones.
An empirical assessment of different kernel functions on the performance of s...riyaniaes
Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) have influenced every part of our day-to-day activities in this era of technological advancement, making a living more comfortable on the earth. Among the several AI and ML algorithms, the support vector machine (SVM) has become one of the most generally used algorithms for data mining, prediction and other (AI and ML) activities in several domains. The SVM’s performance is significantly centred on the kernel function (KF); nonetheless, there is no universal accepted ground for selecting an optimal KF for a specific domain. In this paper, we investigate empirically different KFs on the SVM performance in various fields. We illustrated the performance of the SVM based on different KF through extensive experimental results. Our empirical results show that no single KF is always suitable for achieving high accuracy and generalisation in all domains. However, the gaussian radial basis function (RBF) kernel is often the default choice. Also, if the KF parameters of the RBF and exponential RBF are optimised, they outperform the linear and sigmoid KF based SVM method in terms of accuracy. Besides, the linear KF is more suitable for the linearly separable dataset.
An effective classification approach for big data with parallel generalized H...riyaniaes
Advancements in information technology is contributing to the excessive rate of big data generation recently. Big data refers to datasets that are huge in volume and consumes much time and space to process and transmit using the available resources. Big data also covers data with unstructured and structured formats. Many agencies are currently subscribing to research on big data analytics owing to the failure of the existing data processing techniques to handle the rate at which big data is generated. This paper presents an efficient classification and reduction technique for big data based on parallel generalized Hebbian algorithm (GHA) which is one of the commonly used principal component analysis (PCA) neural network (NN) learning algorithms. The new method proposed in this study was compared to the existing methods to demonstrate its capabilities in reducing the dimensionality of big data. The proposed method in this paper is implemented using Spark Radoop platform.

Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.

The savings and loans cooperative are a cooperative that has an important
purpose in its reach and services, such as the Permata Ngijo Savings and
Loans Cooperative. Activities within the cooperative itself include managing
member data as well as savings and loan transactions. In systems that are still
manual, such as Microsoft Excel, there is a risk of inaccurate data and takes a
long time. This manual system is still less effective because the number of
members and transactions continues to grow. Therefore, an application is
needed as a more effective data processing and information system for
members that is easier to access. This study aims to build an android-based
savings and loan application using the hypertext preprocessor (PHP)
programming language and my structured query language (MySQL) as data
storage. Based on the android application that has been made, it shows that the
black box functionality of the application runs as planned, the success rate for
users reaches 90%.

1. INTRODUCTION
A cooperative is a financial institution whose members are cooperative people or legal entities. The
history of savings and loan cooperatives is inseparable from the development of cooperatives in the country.
The basis of its activities is to provide community services that help increase working capital and invest
money for the community. Savings and loan cooperatives are cooperatives with savings and loan services for
their members. So that members can save and raise their capital and can lend funds to cooperatives for
business capital. Savings and loan cooperatives are the goal of micro-entrepreneurs as a source of financing
with a fast process and low-interest rates. The savings and loan business that is the foundation of the
cooperative will survive and continue to grow [1]-[3]. Currently, information technology has a rapid
development in various fields of life [4]. This encourages an organization or company to use information
technology according to the level of needs and objectives. The development of information technology in
Indonesia in the field of savings and loans such as cooperatives can be seen from the data management
process and savings and loan transactions from members [5]. Information technology plays a role in
recording, storing, and processing data [6]. But not all cooperatives in Indonesia utilize information
technology [5], one of which is the Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative.

The Permata Ngijo Savings and Loans Cooperative is a savings and loan cooperative pioneered by
family welfare empowerment women (PKK) which has 30 active members. The purpose of the savings and
loan cooperative operated by the cooperative is to help residents, especially the local RW, easily borrow
money without collateral, fight the loan shark system, avoid usury, improve contracts, and avoid consumptive
borrowing behavior. The cooperative system is expected to be more transparent by increasing a sense of trust,
mutual harmony, and friendship. The data processing system that is currently being run by several
cooperatives still uses conventional systems that still use bookkeeping media or use Microsoft Excel. The
impact is frequent errors in recording member data, savings data, loan data, and payment data to reporting.
The utilization and application of information technology that is integrated with information sources and user
activities involved can produce information systems for users in the business world. With the development of
information systems, many companies and organizations have changed a simple recording system into a
recording system using an application. So that information system support is needed to facilitate accurate
data processing, time efficiency, and more optimal resources [7].
Research on information systems and cooperative information technology has been raised as a
research topic by several previous researchers. The literature review presents previous studies related to
cooperative information systems that can be used as references. The first research was conducted by Caroline
(2018) who created a web-based savings and loan cooperative information system that was implemented in
the Cempaka cooperative. The purpose of this research is to build an information system using a prototype
system developer method. The system design used is unified modeling language (UML) and/the hypertext
preprocessor (PHP) encoding. The programming language and data storage used is MySQL with black-box
testing as a system test. This research produces a system consisting of several member data management
processes, savings and loan transactions, cash withdrawal transactions, and loan installment transactions [1].
Research conducted by Pane [5] is to create an information system for a savings and loan cooperative system
that is also web-based which is implemented at the Pancuran Hidup Credit Union. The purpose of this
research is to create a savings and loan information system to facilitate employees in managing data and
savings and loan transactions. The method used is the waterfall system development life cycle (SDLC)
analysis. SDLC model or the so-called linear sequential model. The web-based savings and loan information
system at the Union of Living Credit Pekanbaru which can make it easier to make reports and produce more
accurate data [5]. The next research by Andreansyah [8] discusses the development of web-based savings and
loan applications. The method implemented is the incremental model. The test was conducted based on the
usability factor of ISO 9126-3 by 31 respondents. This application is very useful in helping to calculate
employee salaries [8].
In this study, an android application was developed that was applied to the Permata Ngijo Loan and
Savings Cooperative for officers and members of the cooperative. The goal is to create a system that can
provide convenience for cooperative officers in recording data, processing data, and making reports that are
integrated between data so that the information produced is transparent and can be used as support in the
decision-making process. Given the android application is a mobile technology that has developed rapidly
and has become an important part of people's daily lives [9]-[14] and has an important role in enhancing
strategic innovations [15]. Mobile-based application development can be accessed easily and can display
information as needed in a user-friendly display [16]. This application has featured in the form of savings
records, loan data, installment history, and notifications with an additional group chat feature as a transparent
communication medium to make it easier for members to monitor and obtain information. Application testing
includes black box testing and application usability testing which refers to ISO 9241:11 (1998). ISO 9241:11
(1998) describes the level of usability of a product to achieve goals that are effective, efficient, and satisfying
product users [17]-[20].
2. RESEARCH METHOD
The research method section discusses the stages of research. This section also discusses system
block diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), and flowchart systems of savings and loan cooperative
application. The steps taken in this study are shown in Figure 1. The application stage begins by visiting the
target cooperative whose system is still using the conventional system. Interviews with cooperative managers
to find out the needs of cooperative managers and their members in the cooperative operational service
process. Based on the interview, the application can be built with the stages of preparing the requirements,
application design, coding, testing, and implementation with build coding to proceed to application testing.
Tests include black-box testing and usability testing which refers to ISO 9241:11 (1998).

2.1. System block diagram
The system that was built provides mobility access in conducting transactions by members and
administrators who are implemented in the android application. The concept of the savings and loan
cooperative application that was built is described in the system block diagram shown in Figure 2. Based on
the system block diagram in Figure 2, the function of each component of the first diagram is a database that
contains a collection of member data and savings and loan transactions that are stored systematically and
processed using an application. The database stores data and the application displays member data, savings
data, loan data, installment data, and savings data. The database used is MySQL with the hypertext
preprocessor (PHP) programming language to read and process the data in the database. Administrators act as
controllers by accessing administrator-specific applications. In the application there is a process of receiving
member requests, accepting loan applications, accepting savings applications, adding, and accumulating
borrower payments which can then be viewed on the member-only application. Cooperative members are
registered members and already have an account on the application. Each member can apply for loans and
savings, get information on installment payments, total savings and loans information, and history of
obtaining each loan or savings and can communicate with admins and other members to conduct
deliberations or get information on the development of the cooperative through chat rooms.
Figure 2. Savings and loan cooperative system block diagram
2.2. Data flow diagram application system
DFD is a graphical representation that describes the flow of information and the transformation of
information that is applied as data that flows from input and output. Data flow in DFD is given the symbol of
an arrow. Data flows between processes, data stores, and external entities [15]-[21]. DFD can be used to
represent a system or software at several levels of abstraction. The following is the planning of level 0 DFD
in the Savings and Loans cooperative application. Based on Figure 3, the external entities of the application
are administrator, members, and visitors. The data can be processed by the system and entered into a
database that is monitored by the admin and then members can view info on savings, installments, loans, and
cash as well as information on the development of the cooperative system being managed.

3.3. System usability testing on respondents
Testing of the application system on respondents is carried out to measure the level of effectiveness
of the application by collecting respondents. The definition of usability according to ISO 9241:11 (1998) is
the extent to which a product can be used by certain users to achieve the set targets with effectiveness,
efficiency and achieve user satisfaction [24], [25]. The measurement used to test the savings and loan
cooperative application system uses a two-point Likert scale that contains valid and invalid. There are 25
respondents in this KSP application. Testing of administrator applications on respondents is shown in Table 3
and member applications are shown in Table 4.

menu have the lowest success rate of 88% found in the chatroom menu. Problems in chat rooms are "no
response" or "error or username doesn't exist" or commonly called force close. In the member application,
the results of the chatroom menu experiment show the lowest success rate with a success percentage rate of
84%. In addition, the register menu also has a success percentage of 88%. So that the average success rate
obtained by the admin application is 98% and the member application has a success rate of 97.72%. Several
things that cause android applications to stop suddenly are the accumulation of cache files on the user's
Android smartphone, full android RAM, unstable network, and incompatible APIs on android.
4. CONCLUSION
In this research, the development of an Android-based KSP Permata Ngijo application has been
built with the stages of system design, implementation, and testing. Based on the results obtained from
testing, it can be seen that on the administrator side the system can be used to manage member data, savings
and loan transactions, loan installment transactions, member data reports, and savings and loan reports. On
the member's side, the system can be used to view deposits and loans from the member and can see a
simulation of the installments that must be paid according to the number of installments. This application still
uses a simple application security JSON web token (JWT) to authenticate the system and exchange
information. JWT secures information into a claim that is encoded into JSON form. The user will enter a
username and password which will be sent to the system. The system validates whether the user is registered.
When the user is registered, a JWT token will be generated which will be used to access the permitted data. If
the JWT does not exist, the user will not be able to access the data. Further research will develop applications
by adding a better system security system to protect all data contained in the application.
