Dr. Nazrul Islam has been working as a Professor at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) since September 2024. Dr. Islam also worked for more than 30 years in different Public and private Business Schools of universities of Bangladesh such as, Khulna University, North South University, BRAC University and East West University. Along with his teaching and administrative assignments, Dr. Islam has published a number of quality research work in the fields of Management, HRM & Entrepreneurship that were published in reputed national and international refereed journals. He also worked as a “Managing Editor” of “North South Business Review”, published by North South University of Bangladesh.
