This document provides an analysis of the depiction of social fidelity and humanism in the short stories of Indian author Manoj Das. It discusses how Das explores various social and cultural aspects of Indian society through his stories, with a focus on modern Indian social consciousness. The analysis examines specific elements like the rural social life depicted in his stories, and how his works highlight India's religious diversity and cultural traditions. It also reviews related literature that has studied themes of realism, humanism, and the exploration of "Indian-ness" in Das's literary works. The purpose is to understand the social perspectives and awareness of issues in India that are represented through Das's short fiction.

Postcolonial Perspectives in the Booker Winning Indian Novelsijtsrd
The emphasis of the present article has been to explore the four Booker prize Indian English novels through a postcolonial perspective. The work was undertaken to understand the evolution of Indian literature in general and Indian English fiction in particular over the years. The exploration of the four major works by celebrated novelists has enlightened me on many aspects of India, Indian people and Indian literature. The study has provided me a fascinating and rewarding experience. The novels that are taken up for the study are Salman Rushdie’ s Midnight s Children, Arundhati Roy The God of Small Things, Kiran Desai, The Inheritance of Loss and Arvind Adigas, The White Tiger etc. The critical study of these four novels in connection with each other yields more powerful insight into the understanding of the postcolonial scenario of Indian society. Hence, this study seeks to examine the postcolonial perspective dripped through the four select novels. The thesis contains a detailed study of Indian English fiction as a genre, postcolonial theory, earlier as well as current history of the Booker prize, the depiction of life and literary career of the select novelists through their biographies and exploration of postcolonial aspects in the select novels. newline The four novels under study represent a mirror of Indian Society. The novelists deal with various themes. They depict Indian society and dilemmas of developing national identity after colonial rule. The issues such as caste and class, multiculturalism, feminism, violence, cultural dislocation and crisis of identity are dominant in their writing. The novelists explore postcolonial chaos and despair, misuse of power and exploitation, centre and marginality, voices of subaltern, history, immigration, oppression and political unrest through their writing in an effective manner. The appealing subjects of these novelists are margin between cultures, tradition and modernity, religion and politics, globalization, hybridity and otherness, orientalism, diaspora, etc. Dr. Janmejay Kumar Tiwari "Postcolonial Perspectives in the Booker Winning Indian Novels" Published in International Journal of Trend in Scientific Research and Development (ijtsrd), ISSN: 2456-6470, Volume-6 | Issue-5 , August 2022, URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/papers/ijtsrd50618.pdf Paper URL: https://www.ijtsrd.com/humanities-and-the-arts/english/50618/postcolonial-perspectives-in-the-booker-winning-indian-novels/dr-janmejay-kumar-tiwari

Literary Acumen of Anita Desai as a Novelistijtsrd
The Padma Bhushan Awardee novelist Anita Desai is known for her sensitive portrayals of female characters and the delineation of the middle class women in India. Though the concept of feminism does not find favour with her, women in her novels are either the central characters themselves or at least of equal importance with the male characters. Her characters are seen to be lonely individuals, refusing to accept the available value system, shrinking themselves to a world of their own illusions, comfortable assumptions and beliefs. By adopting the method of peeping into the inner tensions and turmoil of the psyche of her characters, she tries to explore their difficulties and problems and alienated individual caught in the crisis of a changing society. Indianness in Padmanath Gohainbaruah’s ‘Srikrishna’ijtsrd
The term Indianness is not easy to define as it includes various dimensions. In simple words, Indianness is the feeling of oneness or it is a feeling of unity among the Indians irrespective of caste, religion, sex or status. Though it is a newly developed perspective, but its existence can be felt from ancient times. In this research article, an attempt has been made to grasp the idea of 'Indianness' as showcased by Padmanath gohainbaruah through his projection of numerous facets of the central character Srikrishna in his creation 'Srikrishna'. Srikrishna can be considered that momentous work of the third decade of the twentieth century, which features the character of Srikrishna as a man of action covering his birth and family lineage up to his death. Manoj Das An Incredible Bridge between Literature and Philosophyijtsrd
Attempts have been taken here to unveil the versatile virtuosity and artistry of Manoj Das especially in his literary attempts which walk with an incredible alliance with philosophy underneath the literary vesture. Apart from philosophical facet another significant dimension of his literature is ‘psychology', which has well been analyzed here in this article. His c onsciousness about history, psychology and philosophy makes his literature more special. Special care has been taken in order to unveil his art of arresting the attention of readers while reading his text and afterward. Manoj Das' literature is more refined and alert due to his second persona. It has been demonstrated here with some concrete proofs. He is simply a magician in telling tales. He discovers diamond in dust, life in lifeless and cultural consciousness in the thalli of inorganic and organic objects. Another major aspect of his literary approach is the psychological dimension which covers the psychology of the involved character as well as of the readers. In short, his writings have that much potency to arrest the attention of the readers of his story. Another thing with regard to this phenomenon is his ability to convince and kidnap the readers' mind magically with his literary style and approach. Postcoloniality of Indian Poetics A Critical Analysisijtsrd
Postcolonial literature is the literature by people from formerly colonized countries. It exists on all continents except Antarctica. Postcolonial literature often addresses the problems and consequences of the decolonization of a country, especially questions relating to the political and cultural independence of formerly subjugated people, and themes such as racialism and colonialism. A range of literary theory has evolved around the subject. It addresses the role of literature in perpetuating and challenging what postcolonial critic Edward Said refers to as cultural imperialism. Migrant literature and postcolonial literature show some considerable overlap. However, not all migration takes place in a colonial setting, and not all postcolonial literature deals with migration. A question of current debate is the extent to which postcolonial theory also speaks to migration literature in non colonial settings. One of the key issues is the superiority inferiority of Indian Writing in English IWE as opposed to the literary production in the various languages of India. Key polar concepts bandied in this context are superficial authentic, imitative creative, shallow deep, critical uncritical, elitist parochial and so on. The views of Salman Rushdie and Amit Chaudhuri expressed through their books The Vintage Book of Indian Writing and The Picador Book of Modern Indian Literature respectively essentialise this battle. Rushdies statement in his book – the ironic proposition that Indias best writing since independence may have been done in the language of the departed imperialists is simply too much for some folks to bear – created a lot of resentment among many writers, including writers in English. In his book, Amit Chaudhuri questions – Can it be true that Indian writing, that endlessly rich, complex and problematic entity, is to be represented by a handful of writers who write in English, who live in England or America and whom one might have met at a party. Organic Growth of Folk Epics: Ownership and Contestation of Tamil Folk Epic A...inventionjournals
This paper makes an attempt to establish the fact that it is only the singers and performers of
the folk epic who provide validity and acceptance to it because they are the ones who pass on what they have
received from the earlier generation to the future generation. To prove this fact, it gives an account of the way
in which the three texts of the Tamil folk epic AnnanmarKathai were formed and gives the details of the people
who helped the formation of these texts. It identifies women, myths and performance process as the undying
elements of folk epics and folk religion. The paper records the ownerships that have been made on the epics and
tests their veracity. The contestations made on the epic also go through the same process. The way folk epic and
folk religion appropriate the Vedic and classical elements are referred to and the universal elements compared
with another Finnish folk epic Kalevala. The experiences of the audio-recording of the folk epic
AnnanmarKathai are shared to draw certain conclusions like the singers and performers are the real guardian
angels of folk epic and folk religion. The paper also makes certain recommendations.

Water scarcity is the lack of fresh water resources to meet the standard water demand. There are two type of water scarcity. One is physical. The other is economic water scarcity.
Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric
input and curriculum learning holds significant promise for mitigating adversarial attacks without necessitating
adversary training.
