Teamwork involves people working together cooperatively to accomplish shared goals. Effective teamwork requires rules like accepting fair shares of work, cooperating to share resources, and helping one another. It also requires spending time together both working and socially, communicating openly, and quickly apologizing and appreciating one another. Teamwork is necessary because it brings together the knowledge and skills of individuals in order to identify and solve problems together more easily than working alone. Working as a team means believing in "we" rather than "I" to help ensure success.

2. WHAT IS TEAM WORK TEAM WORK Team work is the concept of the people working together cooperatively as a team in order to accomplish the same goal/objective. The good understanding of team work and team building a critical for every work success. E.g. .football team work assesses the ability to solve problems and meet goal in work situated.

3. Work relationship seem to have rule Work relationships seem to have Rules:- Accept fair share of work. Cooperate in sharing resources. Help each other when asked. Ask for help and advice. Don’t think superior from other. Try to supervise each other.

4. Effective team work Spend lot of time in work and in play. Talk with each other Good team quick to apologize and quick to appreciate Never rescue never lie Never stop helping each other. Believe in ‘learn as we go’

5. Necessity of Team work Team work is very necessary because together brings the knowledge and skill of people which help in identify and in solving mutual problems. Instead of working individually the work will be easy if work together as team form. . The team member believe in word “WE” not “I” which really help in work/task/goal success. e.g., See the attach picture in next slide

They use to spend time ,they never lie, they quickly apologize and quickly appreciate which help team to achieve the goal for any project. But some time because of miss management in project fall in problem. See the image.
