original. The main purpose of such a simplification is to highlight
the major points from the original (much longer) subject, Example
a text, a film or an event. The target is to help the audience get the
gist in a short period of time. A written Synopsis starts with a lead,
including Title, Author, Text type and the main idea of the text.
1. INTRODUCTION- For the study. Specifically
regarding your topic. Objectives of your
topic in your organization, status, scopes,
and background of your problem in your
organization should be encountered Some 20
– 25 lines required.
2. TITLE OF THE PROJECT
A Complete researchable title/problem. With a double inverted comma,
fully caps and bolded letters. It should remain same everywhere you use
in your report.
And it should identified by

 Geographical Area of company
 And Research motive
EX- “An evaluation of employees absentiseem in Go GO International
Private limited, Hassan”
3. Statement of the problem-
present and past scenario of your problem in your
organization. Example, the problem facing by your
organization and its impact on the organization, society and
people.
4. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The objectives which you mention here should be based on
literature review and statement of the problem. The
objectives you encounter here should fulfil and based on
the objectives your whole report and questionnaire will
depend.

Example- For my study i have adopted Descriptive type of
research, which describing the employees absentiseem,
reason for the same, causes of absentiseem and so on.
Explain types of data collection and mention which sources you
are using for the study.

questionnaire, observations, interviews and discussion with
key parties
 SECONDARY SOURCE OF DATA COLLECTION-
Text books, records from your company, journals, articles,
library, academic report(regarding your topic) and websites

mentioned clearly, after mentioning the meaning for respected
categories.
Example, My study is completely based on the secondary
informations available in different sources, so I am collecting
data through secondary tools such as annual reports, books,
journals, websites and so on
The data is analyzed with ‘sample analysis techniques’,
data analysis tool is percentage method where
comparison between two or more criteria.
