The document summarizes the results of a survey conducted to understand a target audience. It asked questions about respondents' age, gender, familiarity with Canon, interests in photography topics like street photography, and willingness to take up photography as a hobby. The majority of respondents were found to be 16-18 years old, female, familiar with Canon, like photography including street/dark styles, and interested in photography as a hobby. The survey results provide insight into tailoring a campaign toward the target audience.
We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.
How to Create Map Views in the Odoo 17 ERPCeline George
The map views are useful for providing a geographical representation of data. They allow users to visualize and analyze the data in a more intuitive manner.
2. WHAT IS YOUR AGE?
The first question I asked my target audience was how old
they were. From this question I found out that:
42.9% are 16
14.3% are 17
28.6% are 18
14.3% are 19+
From this information I am now able to get a better
understanding and find a more accurate age group to target
my campaign to.
3. WHAT IS YOUR
GENDER?
For my second question I asked my target
audience what their gender was. From this I found
out that:
57.1% are female
42.9% are male
By asking this question I gained a more accurate
representation on what gender my target audience
is. With this question I also added a ‘prefer not to
say’ option in case anyone who was answering my
survey felt uncomfortable with saying their
preferred gender.
4. HAVE YOU HEARD OF
CANON?
For my next question I asked my target audience if
they had heard of the clients company ‘Canon’. From
this I found out:
100% of people did know who Canon was
From finding out this information this allows me to
change my product, i can now add less detailed
information about the client into my print as all of my
target audience knows what Canon is. However, I will
still add information about the client to inform people
who may not know.
5. DO YOU LIKE
PHOTOGRAPHY?
For this question I asked my target audience if they
enjoyed photography. From this I found out that:
71.4% like photography
28.6% don’t like photography
I believe that this is an important question as the brief is
centred around getting people to enjoy photography and
become more creative with it. However most of my target
audience enjoys photography and there is only a small
percentage who doesn’t enjoy it.
6. WHAT DO YOU LIKE
TAKING PICTURES OF?
In addition to the previous question I asked my target audience
what they liked to take pictures of in general. For my responses I got
a range of responses, these were from: Landscapes, Nature,
pictures with friends, streets and pictures with family.
From gaining these responses this allows me to target my print
towards these areas to appear more appealing to my target
audience.
7. DO YOU LIKE STREET/
DARK PHOTOGRAPHY?
For this question I asked my target audience if they
liked street/ dark photography. From this I found
that:
57.1% do like street/ dark photography
42.9% don’t like street/ dark photography
I also believe that this is another important
question to ask my target audience as this style of
photography is my main theme for my print.
However, the majority of my target audience do
enjoy street/ dark photography which lets me know
that it will appeal to my target audience.
8. DOES PHOTOGRAPHY
INTEREST YOU AS A
HOBBY?
In this question I asked my target audience if they
would consider doing photography as a hobby. From
this question I found out that:
71.4% said they would do photography as a hobby
28.6% said they wouldn’t do photography as a hobby
For this question I also believe that this is an important
question as the purpose of the campaign is to get
people to see the creativity in photography and maybe
get them involved with it. However, from my survey
results I can see that most of my target audience
would consider doing photography as a hobby, but
there is a small percentage who wouldn’t consider
taking photography as a hobby.
