Coordinating with manpower planning at all levels

Facilitated Health & Awareness programs with NMCT for the wellness of the

Industrial Relations:
Conducting meetings and recording the minutes of meeting and follow up for further

Counselling the employees on absenteeism, Late coming, Misbehavior etc.
Coordinate with legal advisors on specific issues related to labour matters.
Liaison with all department heads.

Health & Safety:
Coordinating and monitoring facilities required to maintain adequate standards of
