It utilizes the principle of reflection, concentration, absorption and greenhouse effect to convert sunlight to heat energy. Most common, inexpensive and easier to build A solar cooker consists of an insulated metal box or wooden box which is painted all black from inside.

For example, suppose an accounts officer has 4 subordinates and 4 tasks. The subordinates differ in efficiency and take different time to perform each task. If one task is to be assigned to one person in such a way that the total person hours are minimized, the problem is called an assignment problem. Assignment problem is a special case of transportation problem. The Hungarian method of assignment provides us with an efficient method of finding the optimal solution without having to make a-direct comparison of every solution. It works on the principle of reducing the given cost matrix to a matrix of opportunity costs. It is shorter and easier compared to any method of finding the optimal solution of a transportation problem.
Opportunity cost show the relative penalties associated with assigning resources to an activity as opposed to making the best or least cost assignment. If we can reduce the cost matrix to the extent of having at least one zero in each row and column, it will be possible to make optimal assignment.

Describing and Interpreting an Immersive Learning Case with the Immersion Cub...
Current descriptions of immersive learning cases are often difficult or impossible to compare. This is due to a myriad of different options on what details to include, which aspects are relevant, and on the descriptive approaches employed. Also, these aspects often combine very specific details with more general guidelines or indicate intents and rationales without clarifying their implementation. In this paper we provide a method to describe immersive learning cases that is structured to enable comparisons, yet flexible enough to allow researchers and practitioners to decide which aspects to include. This method leverages a taxonomy that classifies educational aspects at three levels (uses, practices, and strategies) and then utilizes two frameworks, the Immersive Learning Brain and the Immersion Cube, to enable a structured description and interpretation of immersive learning cases. The method is then demonstrated on a published immersive learning case on training for wind turbine maintenance using virtual reality. Applying the method results in a structured artifact, the Immersive Learning Case Sheet, that tags the case with its proximal uses, practices, and strategies, and refines the free text case description to ensure that matching details are included. This contribution is thus a case description method in support of future comparative research of immersive learning cases. We then discuss how the resulting description and interpretation can be leveraged to change immersion learning cases, by enriching them (considering low-effort changes or additions) or innovating (exploring more challenging avenues of transformation). The method holds significant promise to support better-grounded research in immersive learning.

Our discourse extends to stakeholders beyond the academic sphere, addressing the interests of technologists, instructional designers, and policymakers. We span various contexts, from formal education to organizational transformation to the new horizon of an AI-pervasive society. This keynote aims to unite the iLRN community in a collaborative journey towards a future where immersive learning research and practice coalesce, paving the way for innovative educational research and practice landscapes.

equations sourced by a topological defect, i.e. a singularity of a very specific form, the result is a localized gravitational
field capable of driving flat rotation (i.e. Keplerian circular orbits at a constant speed for all radii) of test masses on a thin
spherical shell without any underlying mass. Moreover, a large-scale structure which exploits this solution by assembling
concentrically a number of such topological defects can establish a flat stellar or galactic rotation curve, and can also deflect
light in the same manner as an equipotential (isothermal) sphere. Thus, the need for dark matter or modified gravity theory is
mitigated, at least in part.

- 2. WHAT IS A SOLAR COOKER A solar cooker is a device which is used to cook food by utilizing the heat energy radiated by the sun. It utilizes the principle of reflection, concentration, absorption and greenhouse effect to convert sunlight to heat energy. Most common, inexpensive and easier to build.
- 3. A solar cooker consists of an insulated metal box or wooden box which is painted all black from inside. There is a thick glass sheet cover over the box and a plane mirror reflector is also attached to the box. The food to be cooked is put in metal containers which are painted black from outside. These metal containers are then placed inside the solar cooker box and covered with the glass sheet. CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR COOKER
- 4. STAGE 01 It is placed in sunlight and reflector is adjusted in such a way that the strong beam of sunlight enters the box through glass sheet. STAGE 02 •Once the sun’s heat rays enter the box the blackened metal surface in the wooden box absorb the intra-red radiations from the sunlight. STAGE 03 The more and more heat gets trapped in the box which let to rise the temperature to 100°C. This heat cooks the food. WORKING OF SOLAR COOKER
- 5. It do not use fuel and save precious fuel like coal, kerosene and LPG. It does not produce smoke due to which it is pollution-free. In a solar cooker, food is cooked at a comparatively lower temperature. Solar cooker is freely available. We cannot use it at night, during the rainy season and during foggy winters. It is time-consuming as compared to normal cookers. The direction of solar cooker has to be changed from time to time to keep it facing the sun. It cannot be used for baking. ADVANTAGES DISADVANTAGES
- 6. APPLICATION It is used all around the world for purification of water and pasteurization on a larger scale. In solar cooker water is heated for domestic purposes like bathing, washing clothes or doing dishes. It is use for roasting of consumption items such as coffee beans, peanuts, popcorn. Grain Sterilization can be accomplished in a solar cooker to kill weevil and other bugs that may have infested the grain.
