1. Major changes are happening in utilities markets due to barriers to entry being removed and relationships/ecosystems becoming more important than fixed positions.
2. While internal structures of large firms remain a barrier for innovation, social media teams can help drive change by connecting good practices, capturing social insights, running change agent networks, and experimenting with new ways of working.
3. By better connecting internal and external engagement, social media can help firms evolve and become more agile in responding to changing market conditions.
In large organisations, digital fluency, confidence and knowledge are still lacking at senior levels, but the answer is not just to appoint a more digital CDO or CTO to fill the gap. Instead, we need practical models for distributing digital leadership among those who understand it and who are involved in development, and we need to clear that ‘digital’ is now everybody’s responsibility.
Change agents and local digital teams are often at the forefront of adopting new ways of working and creating elements of digital strategy, and they should be teaching and guiding traditional leaders, rather than asking for permission and being satisfied with brief moments of attention from above. The greatest challenge for any leader today is transforming their organisational architecture and culture to meet the challenges of the digital age.
This talk will share a practical model for distributed digital leadership, some insights into the challenges and opportunities of this approach, and some thoughts on how digital change agents should take control of the agenda and challenge their leaders to do better.

GE created an enterprise-wide KM Strategy and began implementation in early 2016. In three years, they have designed and launched 160+ global communities for their engineering staff and others across GE businesses (with more than 130K members). Their focus is on tacit knowledge exchanges for GE’s engineering workforce. Within a year, they expect to grow to about 200 communities that engage about 175,000 employees in primary and supporting roles to our 55K+ engineers. In this session, see inside how GE is working within and across businesses to connect employees and drive business value, and experience a live tour of aspects of their digital workplace that showcases their Knowledge Management approach and user experience.
During this session we will discuss how the new digital workplace can embrace new technologies from Microsoft Teams through to AI and Extended Reality. During this presentation we will discuss how these new technologies can enhance and support the "new way of working'.

Social networks in digital transformation - Why do companies/brands need to b...Self-employed
This thesis is about the use of social networks as a part of the digital transformation of a company or a brand.
The main point is to understand why do companies/brands need to be on social networks today and that the social networks are a real medium and need a dedicated budget, by analysing:
- How they can develop the e-reputation and awareness of a company,
- How they can increase the business,
- How they can recruit on it.
In the first part, you will understand what it is the digital transformation with the objectives, linked to social networks with the communities’ figures.
In the second part, you will see how E-team, the company where I work, has developed and extended its offer, what the job of Community Manager is and how the many possibilities offered by social networks correlate with the objectives of digitalization, with examples of what I have done at E-team.
For the third part, I will talk about the evolution of the Community Manager’s job and how it must evolve, the evolution of social networks thanks to startups and technological improvement.
All this to prove to the French people, companies and brands that social networks have to be considered in business strategy and that being Community Manager is a real job for not lazy people.

7 Steps to Transform Your Enterprise Architecture Practicepenni333

In this slidecast, author Beth Bacheldor explains what steps enterprise architects can take to transform their practice and give colleagues a greater appreciation of its value. The result? The business will have a greater opportunity to profit from enterprise architecture as an essential component of its operations.

This whitepaper provides evidence that the internet has entered a third phase in its evolution and is currently being rebuilt around people. Significant evolutionary change usually provides opportunities for innovation, both incremental and disruptive.
Whilst people orientated systems are benefiting both applications designed for B2B and B2C users, this whitepaper focuses predominantly on use of applications integrated with Facebook as a business channel. Whilst some companies have seen huge success with their Facebook initiatives, others have stalled. This whitepaper provides evidence and tactics to successfully monetise the Facebook channel.

User-Driven Companies - start from the insideLee Bryant
User-driven companies are likely to do well in the new economy, but they must start from the inside by engaging employees in the same way.
This was a talk I gave at Next09 in Hamburg
People in business and government often regard new social technology and networked culture as a dangerous 'new' thing and fall back on their experience of technology and organisational culture in the late Twentieth Century.
In fact the reverse is true. The Twentieth century took the ideas of the industrial revolution and applied them to people. Mass production. Mass marketing. Mass slaughter.
Our new cultural ecosystem is more traditional, and continues age old traditions of trade, business and socialisation. The Twentieth Century was wrong. And I will prove it. Using wild exaggeration and over-simplification, plus probably some pictures from Flickr... ;-)
Next time somebody tells you they don't like this "new" stuff, which is riskier than "traditional" approaches, you will know what to do: tell them they have it the wrong way round. But don't blame me if you get fired.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
