From Silo to Synergy: How E-Invoicing Drives Value into a Larger Procure-to-P...SAP Ariba
Accounts Payable and Procurement are both critical links in the P2P value chain. Procurement negotiates the right rates from the right suppliers, while Accounts Payable is tasked with paying the right amount at the right time. But too often they are separated by both organizational and process silos, and neither knows what the other is doing.
As a result, companies lose millions in negotiated savings and opportunity costs each year because of operational inefficiencies and lack of visibility into the entire P2P process. In this session, you will learn how to align Procurement and Accounts Payable through an end-to-end, closed-loop source-to-settle process to achieve operational excellence and, in the process, transform Accounts Payable into a high-performing profit center.

Social Media Recommendations - Sweet Nectar Society
1. Social Media Recommendations
Facebook:
Strengths:
o Website link is added to your page.
o Your message response rate is within an hour
This is GREAT and should be kept that way.
o Address and phone number is included
o 8,336 likes is very high
o The “Donate” call-to-action link is up
This is your ultimate goal, therefore it should always stay up on your
page.
o Posting regularly
o Content is very heartfelt and allows people to “feel” a lot of emotions
This usually ALWAYS creates positive feedback
o Good organization of photo albums
Every child has his/her own album
Things to improve on:
o Link your Instagram account to Facebook.
This will show people you are active on more than one social media
platform and will get you more followers.
o Your final logo should be the only logo up on your pictures album
All draft logos should get removed to avoid confusion
o People comment on posts
Replying to your audience or at least “liking” their comment is extremely
important. It lets them know you care about what they have to say and
will then lead them to continue engaging with you.
2. Twitter:
Strengths:
o 1,238 tweets
o Website link is included
o There are photos/video in your album
o Tweeting regularly – therefore, staying relevant on Twitter
Things to improve on:
o Should not post from Facebook to Twitter anymore – need to post manually on
each platform.
Linking your Facebook post to Twitter creates a link that your user on
Twitter needs to click on in order to view your entire post.
Most people will not click on your link – it is preferred to have the
picture/video automatically available for them to see.
o Your cover photo should be more subtle – with less text.
Your logo already has text around it, therefore with your cover photo
having a lot of text as well it makes the page a bit overwhelming to look
at.
o Tweets should sometimes include your website link
Increase web traffic with emotional/event/creative posts
Instagram:
Strengths:
o 1,490 is a good following number
o Photos are great
Photos allow for your audience to “feel” something, which usually always
gets you a “like” or a comment.
3. o Website link is on bio
o Address is on bio
o Good description of what your organization stands for
o Took advantage of Instagram’s business profile update by labeling your profile a
“Non-Profit Organization”
There are always updates on social media apps and it is very important
for your organization to stay up to date with new trends.
Things to improve on:
o Include your phone number in bio
Just in case any of your audience members have questions
o Link your Instagram account to your Facebook.
Following number is high on both profiles, therefore this will more than
likely increase that number.
o Remember to try and reply to the comments being made.
It lets them know you care about their opinion or if it’s a question you
should try to answer it.
Suggestions:
Try to create a social media schedule
It will make your life a lot easier – you will know when to post and what
to post ahead of time.
Reinforce your #Hashtags
If there are any character spaces left on your Twitter post, you should
always try to use your hashtag #SNS
On Instagram, you can always use #SNS
For Facebook, it’s great to use it every once in a while, however it is not a
medium that should be associated with too many #hashtags.
Create a bit.ly account
It shortens any link you want and it is completely free.
You can use it to brand yourself even more – for example, if you have a
long link you can shorten it and have it start with “SNS” standing for
Sweet Nectar Society.
4. Look at your analytics/insights so you can know when your audience engages with you
more.
This will allow you to know when you should post and what type of posts
brings you more likes and comments.
You will know if photo, video, hashtags, etc. is working or not.
TURN OFF YOUR NOTIFICATIONS.
Go online only when your schedule allows you to do so.
