Teaching IB ESS has been an evolutionary experience, continuously morphing me as an individual and my thought processes. It is easier now for me to be accommodative of the others perception. I have realized further, that in in order to add an IB learner profile and international mindedness to my teaching it is imperative for me to first understand my core values and perspectives , my own local environment before moving on to the global level. I personally feel that this can be one of the best practices that if incorporated in people’s outlook will not only enhance academia but also the way of life in general.
