living in 1890 s England, Jack Worthing and Algernon Moncrieff (Algy), who, for the sake of love,
both use the same name (Ernest) to conceal their true identity. Algy has a cousin named Gwendolen
Fairfax, whom Jack is in deep love with. On the other hand, Algy falls in love with Jack s ward, who
is Cecily Cardew. At first, everything goes well, until both Jack and Algy end up together in the
country, leading to a comedy of mistaken identities. The play uses satire to ridicule the issues such as
money, marriage, and social status during the Victorian Age. The upper class society of the Victorian

Instructors can set up SafeAssignments in their courses on Blackboard and let students submit papers
to complete these assignments, in a way very similar to the one provided currently by Blackboard

UMUC s new building in Adelphi, MD will have to provide networking connectivity to students,
professors, and staff. In order to begin the process of planning the new network, we will begin by
planning the network IP addressing scheme. It is very important that the network IP addressing
scheme be clearly defined in order for IT administrators to locate computers promptly. Also, in order
to make it easier for the administrators, DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) will be used to
assign IP addresses. The organization of the subnet layout will assist the IT administrators as well as
making effective use of IP addresses.
In order to differentiate between students, staff, and instructors, we will place them on different
subnets. Also, the instructors subnet will begin with a 1 in the third octet, the staff subnet will begin
with a 3 , and the students subnet will begin with a 4 or 5 in the third octet of the IP addresses. Lastly,
the second digit of the third octet will assign the floor for each subnet. An even number in the second
digit will mean that the computer or device on the subnet is located on the first floor and an odd

Introduction Strategic planning has been defined by many scholars. According to Rowley, Lujan,
Dolenece (1997), strategic planning is an optimization process within an organization to maintain the
essential components of it. In strategic planning, it is important to consider the stability between the
organization and the environment that is changing by developing a practical process that comply
organization s future needs as well as achieving its goals (Peterson, 1999). Higher education s
environment has been changing in the past 25 years due to economic change, policy change, rise of
social expectations, complexity of the management, and new leaderships (Manning, 2012). The
evolution and complexity of higher education requires more sophisticated strategic planning models
with focus on the mission and vision of the organization as well as the changing environment. In this
paper, we will discuss different strategic models that have been used in higher education. Further, we
will design and develop a 5 year strategic plan for La Serra University s career center, by looking at
UCR and Cal Baptist University career center as an example. We will develop a proposal by
considering student s purposed to attend college by preparing a survey to be conducted on La Sierra
University campus. We will discuss different budgeting models in higher education, and finally we
will do a SWOT analysis of the plan in order to identify the internal and external problems and
