Convicted computer hacker, John Lee, a founder of the infamous Master s of Deception hacker group
stated that he could change credit card records and bank balances, get free limousines, airplane tickets,
and hotel rooms (without anyone being billed), change utility and rent rates, distribute computer
software programs free to all over the internet, and easily obtain insider trading information.
Imagine.........this is just one person. Think of all the hundreds of hackers that are out there. Computer
stalking. One type of computer criminal rapidly emerging is the cyber stalker . One such stalker, the
pedophile, surfs the net looking to build relationships with young boys or girls and then sets out to
meet them in person to pursue his/her sexual intensions. This type of activity also leads to sellers of
child pornography over the internet. Virtual crimes. Stock and bond fraud is already appearing on the
internet. Stocks and bonds that appear on the market are actively traded (for a short period of time)
and then disappear. These stocks and bonds are nonexistent only the electronic impulses are read. One
must note, however, no matter how clever the hacker, the most serious security threat in most
enterprises is password theft. Password stealing is the holy grail of hacking. Once a
username/password combination has been found, the hacker has free rein to exploit that user account.

As humans we try to view our origin as species and it is important for us to understand how we
evolved through time. Anthropologists study primates so much because primates have the most similar
characteristics to humans, allowing us to learn more about our past. There are a few methods that

They diverged from Old World monkeys and apes about 40 million years ago and are generally small
to medium sized primates. New World Monkeys have flat nosed nostrils and their nostrils are far apart
as well as open to the sides. They have 12 premolars with large molars and the last molar is small or

Boat Project
The boat project was an enjoyable one. This project was able to test many abilities of the average
student including teamwork and preparation. It also offered insight on what exactly what was and
wasn t good for different parts of the boat, but throughout the next few paragraphs a few items will be
discussed. These items will include different designs of a boat whether they are good or bad, buoyant

A propeller that was commonly used on the boats was the simplest two appendaged dorsal placed in
the above the water. This propeller s was long in height and shorter in width. Another frequent dorsal
was the propeller placed under water with some sort of cage to keep it stable. This propeller had a very

There are several Public Health Professional Associations/Organizations that can be accessed whether
a student or MPH (Masters in Public Health) graduate. The number one organization is APHA
(American Public Health Association) who has services like: membership, newsletters, a professional
journal, meetings, and webinars (American Public Health Association, 2015). I cannot afford to join
now, but will upon graduation, utilizing as much as possible on the site. They also have internships
and fellowships, but they all take place in Washington D.C. Nevertheless, students and graduates can
take advantage of the job search and sign up for job alerts. I will also follow them on social media and
LinkedIn.
The next association that I would like to be a member of is: SOPHE (Society for Public Health
Education). Students as well as graduates can join and they have multiple chapters around the United
States and participate on social media. I plan on attending meetings that are local, as well as digital
webinars, summits, and signing up for their newsletter and other professional publications (Society for
Public Health Education, 2015). They, too, have a career center that I will access on a regular basis

Carolina. Krispy Kreme produced doughnuts on a much larger scale by the 1950 s via an automated

the production process, giving them a multi sensory experience. They were able to expand to

In the short story An Offering of Rice , by Mavis Hara, the protagonist s father, Otosan, encounters
various indirect conflicts with his family while trying to survive with them inside a dirty, cramped
house in a poor neighborhood in Hawaii. Otosan s traditional beliefs sometimes spread through the
family, causing backlash and bitterness. He struggles to understand how education is more important
than money, and because he is a meaner character in the story, he harshly disciplines Kei, who had felt
the belt before (2), and yells at Nii san, who is trying to argue that one more year of education will

Education is highly valued in my family. As a child, I grew up in a household with loving parents that
both worked in Education. I was born in Hunan, China. The day of May 23, 2001 will forever be
important to me. This is the day that my parents were united with me. Once I arrived at my new home
in the United States, everything would change for me. Most changes were positive and others were
setbacks or challenges. By the age of seventeen, I have attended six different schools in two different
states. My first home, the place that I made most of my closest friends, was Washington State. In
preschool, I attended a private Montessori school till I was five years old. This is where I learned the
alphabet and other skills for the future. Preschool was the stepping stone of the start of my education
in Washington. At age 6, it was time for me to attend elementary school. My parents, hoped they could
find a school that would be best for me. The first school I went to was a public school. Soon, a setback
of mine would arise and affect me in many ways. While I attended Black Diamond Elementary
School, my mother, had asked one of the teachers, When will you start teaching my daughter how to
read ? Their response was of something that did not impress my parents. They had told her that I could
just look at pictures in the books or have others read to me. Just as I begin to make good friends, I find
out that I have to move to a different elementary school. Reading used to be difficult for me growing
up until I received extra help.
One of my first grade teachers offered to help me improve my reading skills. After second grade, I
started third grade at a new private school thirty five minutes away from home. My challenge with
reading and math continued through my next four years at the new private school. At Annie Wright
School I had a reading skills teacher helped me in weekly sessions to improve my reading fluency.
During sixth grade, my parents thought that enrolling me in Kumon would help me improve my math
skills. Kumon helped me up until the end of sixth grade when, yet again, my family moved across the
country to a small town called Holderness, New Hampshire. This is where I met a teacher who helped
