It lists the eight kinds of hurt designated as grievous, including emasculation, permanent loss of sight or hearing, deprivation of any limb or joint, destruction or impairment of powers of any limb or joint, permanent disfigurement of the head or face, fracture or dislocation of any bone or tooth, and any hurt that endangers life or causes severe bodily pain or inability to pursue ordinary activities for 20 days.
