This document proposes and evaluates a mobile application called "Secret Lock" that integrates app locking and mobile theft detection using user patterns. The application allows users to add apps for secure access and generates authentication questions during registration based on the user's mobile usage history and patterns. If the mobile is stolen, the app activates sensors like the camera, GPS, and voice recorder to take photos, track the location, and record audio of the thief. This data is then sent to the user via SMS and email to identify and track the stolen device. The system architecture uses support vector machines for user identification, GPS for location tracking, and SMS and email for alerting the user if their device is stolen. The application was tested and found to generate

Authentication is one of the essentials components of information security. It has become one of the most basic security requirements for network communication. Today, there is a necessity for a strong level of authentication to guarantee a significant level of security is being conveyed to the application. As such, it expedites challenging issues on security and efficiency. Security issues such as privacy and data integrity emerge because of the absence of control and authority. In addition, the bigger issue for multi-factor authentication is on the high execution time that leads to overall performance degradation. Most of existing studies related to multi-factor authentication schemes does not detect weaknesses based on user behavior. Most recent research does not look at the efficiency of the system by focusing only on improving the security aspect of authentication. Hence, this research proposes a new multi-factor authentication scheme that can withstand attacks, based on user behavior and maintaining optimum efficiency. Experiments have been conducted to evaluate this scheme. The results of the experiment show that the processing time of the proposed scheme is lower than the processing time of other schemes. This is particularly important after additional security features have been added to the scheme.

Keystroke Dynamics Authentication with Project Management SystemIJSRD
Generally user authentication is done using username and password that is called as login process. This login process is not more secure because, however a login session is still unprotected to impersonator when the user leaves his computer without logging off. Keystroke dynamics methods can be made useful to verify a user by extracting some typing features then, after the authentication process has successfully ended. From the last decade several studies proposed the use of keystroke dynamics as a behavioral biometric tool to verify users. We propose a new method, for representing the keystroke patterns by joining similar pairs of consecutive keystrokes. The above proposed method is used to consider clustering the di-graphs which are based on their temporal features. In this project, authentication system is provide to project management system that make more Secure management system without acknowledging unauthorized user. The Project Management System addresses the management of software projects. It provides the framework for organizing and managing resources in such a way that these resources deliver all the work required to complete a software project within defined scope, time and cost constraints. The system applies only to the management of software projects and is a tool that facilitates decision making.

Security has been an issue from the inception of computer systems and experts have related security issues with usability. Secured systems must be usable to maintain intended security. Password Authentication Systems have either been usable and not secure, or secure and not usable. Increasing either tends to complicate the other.
Text passwords are widely used but suffer from poor usability, reducing its security. Graphical Passwords, while usable, does not seem to have the security necessary to replace text passwords. Attempts using text or graphics only have mixed results. A combination password is proposed as a potential solution to the problem.
This paper explores combination as a means of solving this password problem. We implemented three password systems: Text only, Graphics only and a Combination of Text and Graphics. Remote evaluations were conducted with 105 computer science students. Results from our evaluations, though not conclusive, suggest promise for combination passwords.
AN EFFICIENT IDENTITY BASED AUTHENTICATION PROTOCOL BY USING PASSWORDIJNSA Journal
In a distributed system, authentication protocols are the basis of security to ensure that these protocols function properly. Passwords are one of the most common authentication protocol used nowadays. Because of low entropy of passwords makes the systems vulnerable to password guessing attacks. This paper presents a simple scheme that strengthens password-based authentication protocols and helps prevent dictionary attacks, replay attacks and man in the middle attacks etc., The proposed scheme presents a new password authentication protocol by using the user and server system identification/serial number. Here there is no possibility to store the user passwords so an attacker who gets the password cannot use it directly to gain immediate access and compromise security.

Classification of Malware Attacks Using Machine Learning In Decision TreeCSCJournals
Predicting cyberattacks using machine learning has become imperative since cyberattacks have increased exponentially due to the stealthy and sophisticated nature of adversaries. To have situational awareness and achieve defence in depth, using machine learning for threat prediction has become a prerequisite for cyber threat intelligence gathering. Some approaches to mitigating malware attacks include the use of spam filters, firewalls, and IDS/IPS configurations to detect attacks. However, threat actors are deploying adversarial machine learning techniques to exploit vulnerabilities. This paper explores the viability of using machine learning methods to predict malware attacks and build a classifier to automatically detect and label an event as “Has Detection or No Detection”. The purpose is to predict the probability of malware penetration and the extent of manipulation on the network nodes for cyber threat intelligence. To demonstrate the applicability of our work, we use a decision tree (DT) algorithms to learn dataset for evaluation. The dataset was from Microsoft Malware threat prediction website Kaggle. We identify probably cyberattacks on smart grid, use attack scenarios to determine penetrations and manipulations. The results show that ML methods can be applied in smart grid cyber supply chain environment to detect cyberattacks and predict future trends.

Three Step Multifactor Authentication Systems for Modern Securityijtsrd
Three factor authentication includes all major features in password authentication such as one factor authentication. Using passwords and two factor authentication is not enough to provide the best protection in the digital age significantly. Advances in the field of information technology. Even when one or two feature authentication was used to protect the remote control system, hacking tools, it was a simple computer program to collect private keys, and private generators made it difficult to provide protection. Security threats based on malware, such as key trackers installed, continue to be available to improve security risks. This requires the use of safe and easy to use materials. As a result, Three Level Security is an easy to use software. Network Security Project Plan
Wireless networks have increased chances of security attacks either passively or actively. The attacks usually have the ability to affect the function of the network and expose the users to additional security risks as well. Attackers and online hackers prefer phishing out classified information and using the information acquired to target the website or institution and its clients. Therefore, there is much need for additional security measures to secure company websites and guarantee effective and successful navigations in the respective networks. The paper seeks to determine the possible forms of user attacks that can be launched by the hackers and determine the degree of severity it can have on online operations. The research will be based on available readings as well as data obtained from the selected users. The selected users will be required to participate in a survey and fill out an online questionnaire on security measures. The questionnaire used is such that it allows for dual data collection. In that, it can be used to obtain critical information for both network users and hackers as well.
The use of research to determine causal factors of wireless networks insecurity
The research will rely on available materials to determine the causes and determinants of network risks. The readings will help provide additional information on the various factors that attract attackers and how networks can be set up to avoid such instances and mitigate the effects of cyber and network attacks. The lack of enough information calls for additional research on network insecurities to enable researchers to understand the factors that enhance and attract malicious network activities. Also, the research will help determine the types of networks that are most susceptible to attacks and how the hackers and phishers perceive various information system networks (Silva, Santos &Nogueira, 2015). This information will help the reader understand the importance of an effective network security plan and how organizations and systems can be tailored to offer secure connections to the various users of the networks. The resources used for research are peer reviewed journals and books that offer additional insight on network security risks. The resources used are diverse to ensure that enough information is obtained on the various threats and possible remedies as well.
At this stage, the research method will be designed based on the required data. First, after determining the scope of the research, the researchers at this stage should conduct intense analysis on the most appropriate ...
A Survey: Data Leakage Detection Techniques IJECEIAES
Data is an important property of various organizations and it is intellectual property of organization. Every organization includes sensitive data as customer information, financial data, data of patient, personal credit card data and other information based on the kinds of management, institute or industry. For the areas like this, leakage of information is the crucial problem that the organization has to face, that poses high cost if information leakage is done. All the more definitely, information leakage is characterize as the intentional exposure of individual or any sort of information to unapproved outsiders. When the important information is goes to unapproved hands or moves towards unauthorized destination. This will prompts the direct and indirect loss of particular industry in terms of cost and time. The information leakage is outcomes in vulnerability or its modification. So information can be protected by the outsider leakages. To solve this issue there must be an efficient and effective system to avoid and protect authorized information. From not so long many methods have been implemented to solve same type of problems that are analyzed here in this survey. This paper analyzes little latest techniques and proposed novel Sampling algorithm based data leakage detection techniques.

The second module is employed to extract holistic and procedural options to characterize mouse behavior and to map the raw options into distance-based options by exploitation numerous distance metrics. The third module, within the coaching section, applies neural network on the distance-based feature vectors to reckon the predominant feature elements, then builds the user’s profile employing a one-class classifier. within the classification section, it determines the user’s identity exploitation the trained classifier within the distance-based feature exploitation NN. A four Digit OTP is generated to the user’s email ID. The user are going to be giving the ‘2’ digit OTP and therefore the server are going to be giving balance ‘2’ digit OTP. Users ‘2’ digit OTP is verified by the server and contrariwise.
Sachpazis:Terzaghi Bearing Capacity Estimation in simple terms with Calculati...Dr.Costas Sachpazis
Terzaghi's soil bearing capacity theory, developed by Karl Terzaghi, is a fundamental principle in geotechnical engineering used to determine the bearing capacity of shallow foundations. This theory provides a method to calculate the ultimate bearing capacity of soil, which is the maximum load per unit area that the soil can support without undergoing shear failure. The Calculation HTML Code included.
