School facilities are important for education and require proper maintenance. However, school managers often lack qualitative and quantitative data about facilities like room configurations, ventilation, and furniture condition. This data should be collected and analyzed to inform facilities management decisions and ensure facilities are properly supporting teaching and learning goals. Facilities are used to illustrate concepts, allow hands-on experiences, enable experimentation and investigation, and provide student comfort while also meeting individual physical and emotional needs through support facilities like offices, cafeterias, and toilets.

 To protect the individual and also provide comfort.

6.  The indirect or teaching support facilities such as offices,
cafeteria, acoustics, toilets, laundry, mowers, residential
halls, common rooms, cleaning materials ground and
similar items satisfy the individual’s physical and
emotional needs. They are used to:
 Increase instructional effectiveness
 Improve the cleanness, orderliness and safety of facilities
 Reduce the operational cost and life cycle cost of a
building
 Extend the useful life of a building
 Increase efficiency and effectiveness of the staff and
students
 Improve building appearance
 Use data collection and analyses for decision making.

8.  There are different sitting plans in different
schools, colleges and universities.
 Mostly in schools there are benches and in colleges
chairs are used for sitting.
 We want to upgrade our sitting style and introduce
new styles of sitting.

level.
