The growing number of students enrolled in the public schools
whose native language is not English. Students always does not the
fluent language of English at house, so in d schools it becomes the
drawback for them. As increasing technology has led many students to
remain backward because many students are unaware of using
technologies .
In the classroom few pupils (students) fast learners and they
grab the knowledge and understand the topic easily where as it is
difficult for the slow learners.
school environment plays an very important role because
teacher has to identify wether the student facing the problem and make
student understand regarding the topic.
All the advanced equipment's and technologies should be
explained to the student and make use of equipment's , otherwise the
student get confused and face problems.
A Positive school environment is defined
as a school having appropriate facilitates
, available school-based health supports,
and a clear , fair disciplinary policy.
There are many hallmarks of the
academic , disciplinary and physical
environment of schools with a positive
climate.
 The physical environment of school buildings and
school grounds is a key factor in the overall health and
safety of students, staff, and visitors.
 School buildings and grounds must be designed and
maintained to be free of health and safety hazards, and
to promote learning.
 Studies have shown that student achievement can be
affected either positively or negatively by the school
environment.
 Policies and protocols must be in place to ensure food
protection, sanitation, safe water supply, healthy air
quality, good lighting, safe playgrounds, violence
prevention, and emergency response, among other
issues that relate to the physical environment of
schools.
 1. Every school should have a health and
safety committee comprised of -
administrators
classroom teachers
parents
maintenance personnel
school nurse
industrial arts, studio art, and family and consumer science
teachers
laboratory science teachers
food service personnel
school resource officer
2 . Every school should practice emergency response
drills for a variety of likely hazards and situations.
3 . Schools should implement programs to maintain
good indoor air quality such as the EPA's Tools for
Schools program.
4 . School maintenance staff should practice
Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and cleaning for
health also known as green cleaning.
5 . Schools should use automated systems such as
Healthy SEAT and/or a Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS) to record and analyze
maintenance issues and trends. This may be done at
the district level.
6 . Schools should establish procedures for managing
chemicals used in science classes to include storage,
reordering, and disposal.
“Learning environment refers to the device physical
locations contexts and cultures in which students learn there
is an infinite number of possible learning environments,
which makes teaching so interesting.
Defn : A classroom is a learning space in which both
children and adults learn.
Classrooms are found in educational institutions of all
kinds of preschools to universities and may also be found in
other places where education or training is provided such as
corporations and religious and humanitarian organizations.
The classroom attempts to provide a space where learning
can take place without any disturbance from outside.
 As we all know classroom environment is second teacher
for any student.
 A large amount of the child's time is spent sitting in a
school classroom. This place is where they will learn the
various skill necessary and proper for them to achieve
success in the global society.
 With the classroom being such an impact place, it is
important to understand the ways in which to manipulate
the environment in order to receive maximum
effectiveness in instruction.
 When students first step into a classroom , they make a
judgment about the type of class they will be having and
by adding various learning centers.
 Print related materials : calendars , daily schedule,
alphabet toys etc.
 Reading materials : books, magazines etc.
 Writing materials : pencils, markers, crayons,
paper etc.
 Electronic materials : DVDs, electronic readers,
computers etc.
 The layout design and decor of the classroom has
a significant upon the quality of the educational
experience.
 Attention the color scheme may reduce distraction
and aid concentration.
 The lightning and furniture influences student
attention.
 Desks were arranged in columns and rows with a
teachers desk.
 Optimal use of daylight ,color selection and even
the arrangement of the furniture in the classroom
can effects pupils academic success.
There are many ways to improve low perform
students with their schools but no simple solution .
Making changes to improve student performance can
be painful process .Teacher and student must have
more interaction in the class and the would be able to
see the use of equipment's themselves, getting a
better experience in the classroom . Promoting
challenging standards for students and giving schools
the tools and information they need is also the
solution for removing the barriers. Appoint the fluent
speaking language teachers for removing the
difficulties of language learning.
THANK YOU ALL…
