Ocular involvement in sarcoidosis includes anterior segment granulomas, uveitis, and retinal lesions like choroidal granulomas and sheathing of the retinal veins. 3. Investigations for sarcoidosis include chest X-ray to detect hilar lymphadenopathy and lung infiltrates, serum ACE levels, and gallium scans to detect organ involvement.
