The document outlines 8 steps to build a systematic innovation capability:
1. Build a pipeline by laying the foundation of an innovation program with processes for idea management, buzz creation, and training.
2. Create a challenge book to source ideas by identifying pain points and opportunities.
3. Improve idea velocity by experimenting quickly and cheaply, rapidly prototyping, and iterating business models.
4. The final steps to increase success rate include building an innovation sandbox to safely test ideas and creating a margin of safety.

Advertising agencies are obsessed with innovation. They also have one of the most unique sets of creative talent of any industry. Yet the creative department is the most suspicious of "innovation" of any group at the agency. Could it be that actually Creative Directors hold the keys to converting ad agencies into what so many desire: innovation partners to clients?

Innovation happen when an Idea is implemented to create an impact.
It has three element:
1. Idea
2. Implementation and
3. Impact (Profit Companies – Higher Revenue or Lower Cost and Non-Profitable Companies – Other Criteria's of measurement)
This presentation is focused on the very basic model which is followed in India and has been recognized all over the world as well. Please go through the PPT in order to get to know more about the JUGAAD system of India. We are really good in that.
Frugal Innovation is about doing more with less. Entrepreneurs and innovators in emerging markets have to devise low cost strategies to either tap or circumvent institutional complexities and resource limitations to innovate, develop and deliver products and services to low income users with little purchasing power, often at mass scale and arguably in a sustainable manner. My DPhil research seeks to understand this institutionally complex, constraint-based, and low cost innovation which is designed in or for emerging market contexts.
FRUGAL INNOVATION IS THE PROCESS OF REDUCING THE COMPLEXITY AND COST OF GOODS AND ITS PRODUCTION. FRUGAL INNOVATION IS KNOWN BY THE NAME JUGAAD IN INDIA.

Old Product, New Tricks: Encouraging Innovation in an Established Product Cul...Aggregage
Innovation is both a process and an outcome. The best way to begin innovating your products is by innovating your internal process. We'll explore the challenges, solutions, and hands-on techniques for becoming a successful "agent of change" within a well-established product culture. We'll examine the importance of UX and user-centric feature analysis, the adaptation of Agile Methodologies to the creative process, as well as a way to drive successful culture change for setting expectations and winning approvals with cross-functional stakeholders.
Innovation and Leadership go hand in hand. Join Richard Cardran, Chief Creative Officer and VP Strategy, HIA Technologies, as we assess some case studies to see how to lead with a clear strategy well-defined tactics, and an unbiased understanding of the fundamental question: "why are you innovating?"

How to invent and innovate as an individual, employee, or corporationTal Lavian Ph.D.
In a given company, ~1% of employees produce 99% of patents.
Thus, individuals who have mastered the skill of inventing and patenting are incredibly valuable!
Regardless of the myths, innovation is a learn-able skill.
How can we become inventors?
How can we produce inventions as employees?
How can we encourage inventions as business owners?
I address each of these questions in this presentation, referencing useful books on the subject as well as my own experience as Technical Chair of the Patent Committee for Nortel Networks’ EDN as well as being named inventor on over 80 patents issued and pending.

Whether we like it or not, a large part of our thinking is wasteful. It expresses itself as repetitive and compulsive thought patterns typically labelled as worry, anxiety, frustration, blame, guilt etc. This drains our energy and hinders creative decision making. Mindfulness is about recognizing thought patterns to be wasteful while thinking. This workshop explores how mindfulness can be experimented with on the go - any time, anywhere.

"The Matrix" is a popular sci-fi film released in 1999. "Thought as a system" is a book by David Bohm which explores the dysfunctional process of human thinking. In this presentation, we explore six attributes on which the two systems are similar. We are hoping that this will help the viewer understand process of thinking better. The presentation ends by showing whether the analogy breaks as well.
Most of us find it difficult to allocate time (say, 30 minutes) for an activity such as meditation. How to steal time during the day, say while we are waiting for the elevator, and meditate? Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

Memorandum Of Association Constitution of Company.pptseri bangash
www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.
https://seribangash.com/promotors-is-person-conceived-formation-company/
Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.
https://seribangash.com/difference-public-and-private-company-law/
Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder
