 Developed the opening plan for a new and innovative business; selling “Healthy” Natural Smokes.
  Created Sales Plan & Scripts for sales staff, street marketers, and the managers of other Natural
     Smokes locations; doubling the sales in all 5 locations within 21 days of implementation.

                    2004-2012, Broker/Realtor, Prudential NW Realty
Implement Marketing Plan with daily checklists, staying consistently among the Top 9% of Brokers
              Nationwide, reaching the “Leading Edge Society” multiple years.

                  2002-2012 Owner/Operator, Worlds’ Greatest Kettle Korn
   Managed all business operations to include; securing locations, inventory control, accounting,
         staffing, and marketing, along with cooking and selling the gourmet popcorns.

                      1999-2002 Owner/Sales/Installer, Bears’ Satellite
  Developed new Marketing & Sales strategies and maintained the #1 office in Washington while
          training the Sales & Installation crewmembers to exceed company standards.

#1 Store Manager in Company all 5 years of employment. 1st Store Manager in BW history to turn a
 prophet in a first year location. Hired 11 Managers of BW as associates in own Store and trained
                          them to be successful Managers for the company.

                     1994-1995, Front Desk Manager, Roosevelt Hotel Seattle
   Utilized positive training methods to hire entire new Front Desk & PBX staff, trained them to
  effectively satisfy the Guests needs and wants. Listened intently to Guest complaints and always
      reached the goal of a Satisfied Guest through utilizing years of conflict resolution skills.

                    1991-1994, Front Desk Supervisor, Westin Hotel Seattle
   Effectively supervised the daily activities of the Front Office & PBX operations of the Upscale 5
   Star Hotel with 900+ sellable rooms. Trained and managed a front desk staff of 15–22
   employees. Entrusted with the most complex customer service issues as a result of exceptional
   ability to promptly resolve concerns and satisfy customers.

                 1989-1991, Sales Manager, Sports Plus Conditioning Centers
 Hiring and training of sales staff to perform pre-opening sales, generated 250K in capitol for the
   opening of the health club. Maximized sales levels and monthly memberships by creating and
 implementing strategies & increased memberships in the club over a contracted 24 month period.
