including bridges, level crossings, utilities crossing rail road, track renewals, de-stressing, ballast
screening etc., to remove defects and ensure safe, efficient, economical/uninterrupted train operation.

 Prepared Terms of Reference (TORs), documents for Request for Proposal (RFP), completed hiring of
consultants through advertisement and award of contract through framework & financing agreements.
 Conducted joint field visits and technical discussion with the nominated consultants to review
improvements/deliverables of the project.
 Planned and scheduled activities for timely execution of projects from feasibility to execution stage.
 Construction of Dualization of railway track from Lodhran to Khanewal (140 KMs)(CAD 200 M)
 Rehabilitation of railway track at various locations of Railway network (150 KMs)(CAD 70 M)
