3. Responsibilities: @ SEG : Senior QA/QC Engineer
 Responsible to organize, implement, conduct and manage the QA/QC Programs as per
the Company Quality policy.
 Directly reporting to QA/QC Manager.
 Participating with the QA/QC Manager in conducting all External and Internal quality
audits.
 Leading Quality Meetings including all Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Sub-
contractors and suppliers/manufacturer of the project to assure the right path of the
works.

 Addressing all quality-related issues to Construction Team, Consultant, Project
Management Company and Client.
 Assuring work is done right the first time.
 Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings, etc. with the project
team to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue,
amendments and recall of controlled documents.
 Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines.

status.

 Provide technical support and guidance to site staff in request for inspections, shop
