1.Monthly Project Valuations & Final Accounts
I have been thoroughly involved to claim the works done based on the Project
BOQ, prepare monthly
Valuations and get it certified as soon possible. With my present employer I
have been associated concurrently with 3 projects. Besides this I am responsible
for Final Accounts of the completed projects including the As-built Drawings,

I am directly involved with the monthly project financial reports. I am responsible
for reconciliation of work done for the previous month against monthly
valuations. Further, it’s my task to consult and prepare, in collaboration with
project manager, to advise senior management, on financial reports for current
month. I am actively involved in budget preparation and monitoring of the
projects for the purpose of cost controlling. It is done for all the major activities
based on the Cost Reports which are prepared on monthly basis for senior
management's review. Site Cost Reports includes reports on individual's
performance (Site Engineers, Foreman etc.), Material Reconciliations &
Wastage and Financial Situation of the projects.
3 Contractual Claims
I am actively involved with the contractual claims related to the company
projects. I am currently assisting the Contract’s Manager to assess the
possibilities for future claims.

I am actively involved and responsible for Variations and new rates analysis to
prepare and get approval from the consultants/client for all new works/variations
in the projects.

I have been actively involved in preparation of cash-flow charts, delivery

to 2000mm dia at the depth from 1.5m to 13.5m and total 1500 nos. of
house connections.
