Achievements:
1. Most noticeably, it was the design and subsequent construction of Kagoma
Ground Water Supply and Distribution System. Funded by the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints (LDS-Charities), in partnership with United Nations
High Commissioner for Refugees and Supervised by Action Africa Held-Uganda,
we were in association and strengthened our relationships with electrical suppliers
(Davis & Shirtliff), Steel Suppliers (Steel Works Ltd), Pipe suppliers (Multiple
Industries Ltd), surveyors, architects, government chemists. This was maintained
from the prequalification process, through to the subsequent construction and in
so doing we were able to review designs and implement without the delay of back
and forth blame.
2. Delivered the Lumumba avenue high raised structure project on time and on
budget and established a more efficient monthly progress reporting pack
3. On most of the road projects I introduced PRINCE2 as the main project
management method.
