- Responsible for assigning the tasks and responsibilities to the team members. Review of quality assurance
programme of the project in accordance with IRC, MORTH, ISI BSI, ASTM standards. Review of designs,
drawings, documents for source approval of various construction materials, review of construction
methodology proposed by the concessionaire, checking of various quality control tests as per concession
agreement.
- Assisting Team Leader in preparing monthly inspection report, change of scope works details, financial
statements, progress reports etc. Monitoring the progress of the project through computer aided project
management techniques.
- Coordinating with all the stake holders of the project and other government agencies i.e. Railway dept.
District administration, Power Supply dept, Irrigation dept, Utility agencies etc for effective management of

multiple spans. R O B’s and other minor structures.

- Co-ordinating with NHAI project implementation unit (PIU) office and NHAI head quarter to fast track the

- Assisting the head office team in the process of selecting the different vendors in order to expedite the

earth works, pavement Works, cross drainage works, culverts and bridges.
