Office Manager/ Personal Assistant to Owner
 Manage information for 500 buildings and several Property Management companies.
 Create Bid Proposals for inspections and repairs. Email/mail to Property Managers and Commercial clients
 Manage scheduling of Quarterly, Annual and 5 Year Inspections for 500 buildings.
 Accounts Receivable: Create invoices for inspections and repairs via Quickbooks. Email/mail to Property
Managers, Invoicing systems, and Commercial clients. Follow up with said invoices in a timely manner.
 Accounts Payable: Write checks for both business and owner’s personal expenses in a timely manner.
 Work with Insurance to maintain current Certificates of Insurance for all buildings and commercial projects.
 Operate and maintain copy machine, fax machine and printers. Stock office supplies.
 Respond quickly to email and phone messages.
 Maintain consistent communication with Property Managers and Field Employees.
 Assist Field Employees with Property Manager Information and placing Sprinkler Alarm Systems in test
through contact with Alarm companies.
 Other office duties including but not limited to: filing, organizing, and scanning.
 Payroll/HR duties: call in all Field and Office employee’s hours for payroll, distribute and collect new hire
paperwork and benefit information.
 Miscellaneous errands for both the business and personal for the business Owner.
