RE: Letter of Recommendation for Heidi Remich
To Whom It May Concern:
It is with pleasure that I writing this recommendation letter for Heidi Remich who was my Client
Services Specialist for 1 ½ years at CBRE, Inc., a global commercial real estate firm. Heidi’s primary
responsibilities included for maintaining all of my real estate listings, updating them and marketing them
via email to both brokers and users. Her creativity in designing my website, marketing materials, follow
through with providing documents needed to finalize transactions (transaction vouchers and lease or
purchase agreements), and regular communication with associated departments within the company
were exceptional. She is knowledgeable in multiple computer programs including Power Point, Word,
Excel and Outlook, exhibits professional telephone etiquette and is courteous and patient with her
associates.
Unfortunately, due to the challenging economy, her position here at CBRE, Inc. was eliminated. I am
not sure how I will survive without her. She was always my “right hand”, ready to respond to my
requests and always punctual and able to work independently with little direction.
In conclusion, if you hire Heidi Remich, you will not regret your decision. I am grateful for the time she
worked for me and all of the ideas and well designed materials she made to assist me in my business.
She is an asset to anyone she works with and always does her best.
