Human Resource recruiting and on boarding functions and enjoy working with Hiring

EMPLOYMENT
9/6/2011 – Current: Kelly OCG Recruiting Logistics Specialist
I am responsible for Various Administrative duties, Interview scheduling, Offer Letter Creation, drug
screening, background check and on boarding of new employee’s for Kelly OCG's Recruitment
Process Outsourcing client. I have daily contact with both the candidate and the Customer to ensure
complete satisfaction through the entire process. My work ensures that Hiring Managers and HR
leads enjoy timely access to qualified and interested talent, ensuring maximum process satisfaction
for applicants and our customer. This position requires organization and creative thinking. In this
position I am using excel spreadsheets for tracking and reporting on a daily basis, Microsoft Word
and Nitro PDF for creating documents that are sent out to both candidate and client, PowerPoint for
training documents and various presentations and Microsoft Publisher.

Duties include but are not limited to Sourcing resumes, scheduling, interviewing and submitting
candidates to hiring managers, posting positions on various online job boards. Scheduling drug
screens and physicals when required by client, conducting background checks and SSI verification. I
managed multiple accounts in both the Temp staffing and direct hire sides of the company. I
specialized in Administrative, Finance, Skilled Labor and Insurance recruiting for Executive level to
entry level positions in both the direct hire and Contract staffing.

Duties include but are not limited to Sourcing resumes, scheduling and interviewing candidates,
submitting candidates to hiring managers, posting positions on various online job boards scheduling
drug screens and physicals, ordering background investigations, garage assignments, conducting
new hire on boarding, reference checks and employment Verification and Exit Interviews. I have
worked on multiple accounts and have preformed the above duties to or above the expectations of
each client. I have learned and then successfully utilized many different Applicant Tracking Systems
such as AIRS, PROS, Hire.com Authoria, Taleo Enterprise and Business edition. As well as different
background investigation sites such as Verifications, ADP, and First Advantage. I have also learned to

2007-2007 QPS Placement Services: Customer Service Rep at Metavante. Temp Assignment
Duties include assisting customers with their pre paid debit cards, activating accounts, updating
customer information, reporting and replacing lost or stolen cards assisting customers with
questions related to the account, and informing customers of the terms and conditions of the cards
including but not limited to fees, replacement policy and expired card accounts.
2005-2006 Assistant Manager Spencer Gifts at Mayfair.
I was responsible for scheduling employees, hiring new employees and seasonal temps, completing
the on boarding process for the new employee’s stocking and ordering merchandise, payroll,
changing floor sets, dealing with unhappy customers, assisting customers with questions about
products. When the store manager went on Maternity leave I was left in charge of the store as acting
manager.
2003-2005 Shift Leader/Cashier PDQ Gas Stations.
I was hired as a cashier in December of 2003. In September of 2004 I was promoted to Shift Leader
on 2nd shift. Duties include cleaning and stocking, managing two other 2nd shift employees, doing
orders for store merchandise, customer service, handling customer complaints and concerns.
9/1998-4/2002 Assistant Manager of the Parts Department, J.C. Penney Logistics Center
I started out in 1998 as a Catalog Order Taker receiving incoming orders from customers; in mid
1999 I was trained as a Customer Inquiry Operator. In this job duty I was required to handle incoming
calls from customers to solve problems with their orders, merchandise and shipping issues. In 2000 I
was promoted to the parts department as an assistant manager my job duties included; overseeing
the performance of the parts operators taking the incoming calls, working with the warehouse to get
the parts to the customer, talking to the suppliers and other phone centers to get the proper parts
out and to research and locate hard to find parts. I remained in this position until the phone center
was closed in April of 2002.
