Trackers: Hikes, Designation, Bonus, Bond end Dates etc.,.
• Coordinate the performance appraisal process(end to end) and performing
various checks during normalization of ratings, monitoring rating deviations and
promotion recommendations. Accountable for recommending the hikes based
on the feedback of the resources.
• Draft HR policies, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensures
implementation.
• Ensures clients are updated with current HR policies and the holiday lists.
• Acts as bridge/medium between the management and employees for any
organizational changes and supports the change.
• Ensures the MIS is updated and the CTC part is always updated by me.
• Involved in the discussions with legal entities to cross-check the policies and
escalate when required.
