• Organizational Performance Awards and Service Awards functions with Business Head

• Coordination of Employee Birthday Celebrations (Monthly)
• Employee Communication: Facilitate enhancement of initiatives awareness amongst
employees through campaigns involving a mix of channels like mails, discussions, floor
meeting and cultural activities

budget )

Joining and Induction:
• Plan and execute appropriate ON-BOARDING process for new joinee(s)

Ensuring smooth joining formalities including providing end-to-end facilities for
operations.
Exit Formalities:
• Coordinating with Finance & Account Department for all Full & Final related issues.
• Responsible for the entire process of F&F till the details are handed over to Payroll
• Handling of all employee queries regarding Full & Final settlement.
PF:
• Collecting of declaration form(form 2) from joining team.
• Allocating PF numbers to new joiners
• Collecting monthly PF contribution details from pay roll team.
• Up loading those details in to PF portal.(including additions and deletions of the month)
• Generating ECR challans and making payments to PF Commissioner in Mandated time.
• Claiming PF for those who resigned ( 19 & 10C)(PF with drawl)
• Issuing UAN to employees.
ESI:
• Collecting of declaration form(form 1) from joining team.
• Generating temperory ESI ID forms to the employees.
• Collecting monthly ESI contribution details from pay roll team.
