Headquarters, United States Army Europe/G6, MFS (US Army GS Civilian), Jun 2012 – Present.
In this US Government Civilian position, my job currently entails that of Jr. Server Administrator
Performed SA functions on Microsoft Windows systems. Monitors automated systems to include
troubleshooting, fault isolation, problem solving, upgrading of hardware and software, debugging, and
assessing program effectiveness. Resolved hardware/software problems using variety of tools
Built/configured//imaged servers using MS SCCM Deployment tool and VMware vSphere 5.5
Performed the installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of both physical
and virtual server platforms, to support file, web, database, and content management services
Verified application owner systems and server configurations are in compliance with communication
