Systems Technician (Full Time)
 Maintain operation of the multi-user systems at all 4 main campuses
 Maintain network infrastructure LAN and wireless for all 4 main campuses and all 16 satellite locations
 Manage active directory environment to include Group Policy Management, User account Auditing and
GPO Administration.
 Optimize system operations and improve performance where possible
 Reviewed and documented system infrastructure and developed improvement strategies.
 Troubleshoot system software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
 Conduct security awareness training to all employees when new security measures are implemented
 Planned system updates to maintain optimum system availability and usability
 Respond to outages quickly and performed routine maintenance.
 Maintain professional development related to new and emerging information technology products and
techniques.
 Manage and maintain all tape backup libraries on a regular basis
 Create, configure and customize Web Application, Team Sites including Site Collection, Lists, Document

Information Systems Technician (Full time/Part Time)
 Responsible for day to day routine maintenance, hardware/software updates, loading, restoration,
repair/deploy workstations and servers, build patch panels to meet US Navy Standards.
 Performed maintenance and additions to various systems/networks including SIPR LAN, NIPR LAN,
CENTRIXS, NSIPS, NTCSS, TMIP, and SAMS
 Managing teams of sailors to ensure mission critical projects are completed in a timely manner and with
as close to 100% accuracy as possible.
 Handled programming, debugging, loading and troubleshooting of Windows (COMPOSE), and Linux operating
services to include Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec Enterprise, Exchange, Office, etc.
 Supervised several junior service members which included overseeing day to day tasks and setting up

 Responsible for handling Server Administration duties which included handling all aspects of servers
