The below are the responsibility which I am currently handling & I have handled till now
 Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning:
 Responsible for recruitment & selection at all levels of IT, technical & commercial to set up the
entire Projects Manpower.
 Identify, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to close the position in the given time
frame.
 Apply extensive sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like
internet sourcing, networking, Headhunting, Portal, internal referrals, etc.
 Background verification for selected candidate professional and as well as educational for key
position.
 Constant Interaction with senior members of functional departments to understand and
interpret efficiently job & competency requirements in order to ensure apt profile matching.
 To Prepare and maintain the recruitment MIS report to present in Management Review Meeting.
 Database Management:
 Master employee database management and all updates which serve as the information source
for the management and for various reports. Ensuring that all the personnel information is
maintained in all appropriate systems including HRIS.
 Managing policies and procedures:
 Constantly streamline and update policies. Handle policy related grievances and ensuring
compliance to the company’s policies.
 Preparing Minutes of the Meetings & follow up with concerned departments.
 Pre Joining Activities:
 Preparing the offer letter and issuance of the same to the candidate.
 Resource allocation i.e. arranging workstation other facilities to new recruits.
 Joining formalities:
 To Issue of LOI, Appointment letter, Employee ID, I-Card, Mail-ID to new employee.
 To collect and recheck the Documents for Personal file & Open the Salary Account.
 Induction:
 To coordinate with Director for Developing & Designing the first Induction Program for new
employees.
 To check the smooth function of the Induction program of the Employees joined.
 PMS, Training & HR Management:
 To handle Confirmation formalities of the employees.
 Employee grievance handling & explaining the policies & process.
 All the Reporting of division is taken care by me including Staff reporting .
 Constant Interaction with senior members of the Projects to sort out the day to day employee
related problems.
 To complete perfectly HR related assignment given by my senior in HR Department.
 Helping the employ to achieve KRA by providing training & upgrading them.
 Exit Formality:
 To take the Exit interview & clearance of the resigned Employee.
 Deletions of the resigned employee’s mail ID.
 To release the relieving Letter or experience Letter & complete the Full & Final Settlement.
 Payroll Inputs:
 To Maintain and give salary details of the newly joined Employees & revised salary to process
the salary.
 Maintaining Leave Records and Compensatory off of all Employees Month Wise.
 To follow up with respective division to send monthly attendance to process the salary.

 Grievance handling and counselling.
 Organizing and managing Fun @ Work activities (Techy Tuesday).
 Running a Suggestion Scheme in Company.
