SANTRO which is model for products made in HWASHIN INDIA has been being produced from the
beginning of August 2003. This model possesses 25% in India market and monthly production volume
is 65,000. With 1100 numbers of excellent employees, HWASHIN INDIA is making efforts to becoming
the word-class automobile company and is spurring to join European Market by taking advantage of
the second base of Asia market for the future.
Key Results:
Played a key role in ensuring the successful launch of Chennai office. Structured and
implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits
packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
Fostered a teamwork/open-door environment conducive to positive dialogue across the

Collecting forms from the new joiners in regards to employee database /Opening of corporate
salary bank accounts and for ESIC TIC (Temporary Identify card).

Attendance monitoring & Absenteeism Report /Time office and Leave management.
Collecting leave cards permission /late slip from concern departments.
Inputs data into the system and Generating the attendance report, sending it to concern
department for verifications and collecting inputs.

of employee mast data base.
Updating Man Power Report and Employee state Insurance Corporation.
Adding new employees in ESIC /Allocating the ESIC no for new joiners.
Issue temporary ESIC in card to newly joined employees and ESIC contribution through online
and generating challan.
Removing the left employees in ESIC and Maintaining ESIC challan by month wise.
Payroll processing and Verify & Cross check the input in payroll system in respect of salaries,
allowances, deductions and payroll control list are reworked prior to final payroll.
Prepare monthly payroll of 1000 employees and Prepare monthly necessary entries of payroll.
Open bank account of the new employees and Responsible for time and attendance data entry.
Preparation of overtime payments to eligible employees & Responding employees enquires and
request E.g.-Payroll matters.
Process full & final settlement Exit input data collection, getting exit clearance from various
departments and gratuity.
Overtime processing and managing complete ESIC cycle for over 500 employees also maintain
statutory records.
