Roles and Responsibilities (Handling pan India Role)
 Responsible for target based & time bound recruitment of all resources for the assigned region.
 Coordinating with respective Functional Managers across brands to design the recruitment strategy for
achieving the
recruitment timelines with quality resources.
 Talent Management Process: Execution of Talent Management process (Leadership Program for Store
Manager ) & Campus recruitment.
 Work Force Planning
 Developing & implementing recruitment tools for selecting the right fit.
 Review the recruitment status on a continuous basis and devise new innovative methods to optimize
recruitment.
 Generating recruitment MIS for tracking recruitment effectiveness
 Responsible for all HR operation issues for the region.
 Managing & administering Induction & orientation of all new joiners in the region.
 Implementing Vision & Values of the Organization in the right spirit.
 People Engagement & World Class Training: NHT-New Hire Training, Basic Training.
 Responsible for all end to end recruitment of new store across the region
 Handling & coordinating the labour & compliance related issue.
 Recruitment & Selection:
 Understanding the requirements and matching the profiles of the candidates as per the Requirements of
the company and short-listing the candidates from the Database, Job portals etc.
 Sourcing & screening the right candidate’s profiles from the job portals, internal Database, consultancies.
 Creating a database for new employees.
 Evaluating candidate’s skills and competencies including inter-Personal skills, confidence level and
presentation.
 Follow up with the candidates to ensure that the candidates once they are join the Organization.
 Joining Formalities:
 Post Joining formalities and documentation.
 Preparation of appointment letters.
 Explanation of terms of employment to the newly recruits.
 Ensure that the new recruit gets acquainted with the varied functions, processes and Policies of the
organization.
 Letters Preparations (Appointment, Confirmation & Promotion).
 Attendance & Leave Management:
 Daily attendance follow-ups from branches.
 Monitoring Permission, Leave, Weekly Off, Compensatory Off, Absenting.
 Ensuring & instructing the Branch Managers to send the attendance before the stipulated Time.
 Strictly following up the systems of Leave and Compensatory off Procedures as per the HR policy.
 Maintaining the Leave details of all employees with respect to Managers and Staffs’
Pay Roll Administration:
 Updating & Maintaining the Payroll Master.
 Responsible for Wage and Salary Administration for all employees Temporary & Permanent.
 Responsible for Increments/Arrear Salary/Holiday Working Payment.
 To Update the Leaves, Loan Master Transfer, Appraisal Increments etc
 Separation:
 Taking care of full and final settlements and relieving formalities.
 Full and Final settlements Preparation (Reliving letters and Service Certificates)
 Statutory Compliance:
 Periodical Submission of ESI, P.F, for payments.
 Processing the P.F and ESI Claims for the employees,
 Responsible for processing claims like Gratuity benefit, Death benefit, Pension & Loan Claims on P.F
 Employees’ Development Related Activities:
 To visit branches periodically and personally solve their grievance and providing them With solution
Counselling
 Processing employees Marriage Gifts, interest Free Loans and Salary Advances as per the Eligibility norms
 Implement the welfare Measures as the needs of the employees
 Sending Birthday greetings, thought for the day etc
 Motivating the employees to get the work done and creating a Bondage and sense of Belonging.
