Roles and Responsibilities
Personnel Management:
 Redressal of employee grievances.
 Assisted and coordinated with the Director-HR & other Management representatives during the time
of employee’s settlement for collecting required data from other Industries and in preparing wage
settlement strategy.
 Maintained a good & healthy employee relationship.
Initiating & coordinating for disciplinary action as per the procedure.
Compensation and Benefit administration
 Monitoring and Managing of welfare facilities (i.e. Canteen, Housekeeping, First aid facilities, and
Medi claim and Accident Insurance etc).
 Preparing Confirmation, Probation Extension, salary review for the concerned employees.
Recruitment
 Manpower planning and Recruitment i.e. sourcing the resumes from job portals. Short listing & taking
initial round of interview, identifying the interviewer, following up with prospective candidates until
they complete all rounds of the interviews.
 Preparing & releasing the offer & appointment letters.
Induction and Placement:
 Conducting the Joining formalities and Introduce Programme.
 Preparing the Induction Schedule for the new joinees and Organization visit
 Evaluating the Induction feedback from new joinees
 Briefing new joinees about company policies, rules & guidelines.
 Maintaining & updating the personal files and allotment of Space, Machine and Stationeries.
Performance Appraisal:
 Coordinating & updating the timely performance reviews and Annual increments.
Training & Development & Performance Appraisal:
 Identification of training needs, preparing training calendar, organizing & coordinating for effective
training programme.
 Training programme evaluation & feedback.
 Coordinating & updating the timely performance reviews of the employees.
Employee Engagement Activities:
 Organizing the recreational activities Like Birthday celebration, Picnics and other cultural activities.
 Interaction with the employees through internet, email, notice board.
 Conduct exit interviews with employees leaving the company, providing them with accurate
information.
Other Initiatives:
 Initiated Employee Induction Manual.
 Drafting of internal polices Vendor agreements & renewal, etc.
 Monthly B ‘day Celebrations
 Responsible for preparation of Standing Orders
 Responsible for preparing Appointment Letter Confidential Agreement Etc
 Responsible for reviewing Security Contracts and other necessary Contract
 Responsible for preparing ISO Procedure in related to HR activities
 Conducting Departmental Meetings
