most intriguing to our audience, this is vital as we are aware that these had an effect on the
audience hence it is there favourite part within our documentary. We had discovered that

From this feedback it has become apparent that the post production aspect was the highest achiever in the ratings as the
audience responded best to our editing skills which gives us an indication of us being a gatekeeper we choose the correct
things to include in our documentary and in general. Overall all aspects were highly rated but the opening sequence was
given a mixed review leading us to go over it and see if any chances can be made to improve its quality. As an area of
improvement we could try and slow down the ouija board spelling out our title as it may confuse the reader due to it being
in a fast pace and would not be able to spell out our title.

As a result, this ensures to us that the radio trailer is concise and is cohesive with the documentary as we

Rushed-fast paced Audio levels differ Soundbed
This finding has depicted a clear weakness for us as we decided to act upon this and make sure
audio levels are synchronised and then spaced out the clips a bit to ensure that the audience isn't
rushed into the next part too quickly as it would result in weakening its profound effect.
Question 9. Does the radio trailer follow the
conventions?

This feedback about the radio trailer has specified to us that we had structured the
radio trailer according to the conventions that we have used as guidelines ; specifically
channel 4 as this is the channel we would distribute our documentary on, leading to
target a mass audience.

a bit better.

play a vital part towards engaging our demographic.

These results gives us an understanding of how our audience perceive our product and the professional aspect is highly
acknowledged as we enquired to make the best print advert for our documentary in order to reflect the genre which we
ensured to add the title and have channel 4 for brand identity. The continuity is shown throughout as we have the title
in each product to reinforce it for the audience. However, the low scores within all three aspects can be dealt with as we
could improve the title by making it all capital in specific parts and with continuity we could reference how the embers
are to represent orbs which relates with the paranormal interview. The professional aspect we could make note side by
side with a channel 4 print advert and mirror it entirely.
Question 16. Can you see a link between all
three products?
Yes
No
Finally, this corresponds to all final products and the audience believe it is cohesive as they all link
together entirely, which gives us an indication that we have made it relevant to the topic.
