3. Men or Women?
My magazine is not based on a certain
gender as it can attract both. My made-up
band consists of two males and two
females and the front cover includes two of
these members and are both from each
gender.

4. Colour
Black • White • Red • Grey • Orange • Green • Blue •
The colours I have chosen for my colour
schemes represent my audience because
they all follow the colours they wear a lot of.
As you can tell by the images, they all wear
some/a lot of black.

5. Images
To get my band to pull a ‘rock’ image, I looked
at images of known bands such as Avenged
Sevenfold and looked at what a lot of their
photos consisted of. For my front cover, I
selected two people from my band and got
them both to look at the camera with a
serious face, almost showing aggression. I
did the very same for my double page spread.
For my contents page, I made sure that my
solo artist had a concentrated look in his face
as he was playing his guitar.
