Long messy hair

sense of rebellion.

the punk “F*** You” attitude.

and that 1970’s Sid
vicious type look.

In this Rolling stone magazine article featuring the lead
singer from green day. This article shows an interview
they had with him and he talks about his life when he
was on drugs and how we won the battle against them,
hence the title on the front page “The road back from
hell”. He quotes “This is definitely the only interview
I'm gonna do about it”. This shows us that this is quite
personal to him so he doesn’t like to speak openly
about it.

backstage on the tour bus, in some of the images
they like to show their outfits but you can also

tour dates, Give a link to their store and also they
advertise their facebook, Youtube, twitter and
Instagram website.

there pretty much everything that the official
website has, but fans are aloud to post picture
of them with the band or whatever is Green
day related. This fan site is targeted to anyone
that loves green day, you can even sign up to
be a fan of the website, and they also have a
twitter about Green day.

7. How they like to promote themselves.
The social media networks that Green day use al have man y advertisements to their
albums. Many pictures taken from their live performances showing the amount of
people in the crowd which could make people know that they are a massively loved
band. They advertise tour dates to keep people informed, they seemed to have
organized social media websites.

advertise their albums a lot, in the image to

time named Uno!, Dos! And Tre! (Tre because
of the bands drummer). Also their tweets
advertise their albums. They also tweet about
their tour dates ETC. They also organize
contests for fans to win either magazines,
albums and sometime signature guitar picks.

sense of evil, depression. ETC. This will help there sells
because there are lots of people that are into dark, gloomy
depressing stuff.

green because of the band name. With this image, it would
help sells because they are in a green room and they’ve
used creativity with the band name and the setting.
