  • 3. Definition :- Quality assurance in clinical pharmacy (cp) is a technique used to ensure quality of practice and its outcome in cp.
  • 4. OBJECTIVE AND FUNCTIONS :- The main goal for clinical pharmacy services :  To ensure provision of an appropriate service to patients (and those involved in patient care).  To ensure medicine needs.  Monitor and evaluate standards of services provided.  To identify and minimise the risks .  To identify area of development.
