CLIPPER
 Clipper are circuits which can clip off or removes
unwanted portion of the input wave form without distorting
the rest of the wave form.
 It is also known as Limiter, Slicers .
EXAMPLE
 It is used for Amplitude limiting and Noise elimination.

SERIES CLIPPERS AND PARALLEL
OR SHUNT CLIPPERS
The series clipper is defined as one where
diode is in series with the load, while the shunt
clipper has the diode in a branch parallel to the
load.
