Jardiknas (Jaringan Pendidikan Nasional) Zona Kantor : TELKOM - Kantor Disdik : VPN IP 1 Mbps Zona Sekolah : TELKOM - Speedy Schoolnet : Speedy 1 Mbps unlimited Zona Perguruan Tinggi : Lintas Arta Tergelarnya Jardiknas di Jabar + Banten yang didukung oleh layanan Telkom Zona Kantor : Semua kantor dinas pendidikan (26 kantor dinas pendidikan kab/kota + 1 kantor dinas pendidikan pemprov) Zona Sekolah : Speedy Schoolnet 1800 sekolah (setingkat SD, SLTP, SLTA) Beberapa kantor kab/kota telah melakukan dan ingin melakuan PSB online secara parsial, dengan peraturan antar daerah yang berbeda, aplikasi berbeda banyak (tidak terstandarisasi), perlu dilakukan banyak kustomisasi terhadap aplikasi, kebutuhan hardware yang tidak sedikit, kebutuhan dukungan kemampuan SDM yang tinggi untuk pengelolaan hardware dan software. Niat pemerintah memanfaatkan fasilitas ICT utk penyebaran seluas-luasnya Buku Sekolah Elektronik (BSE) . Banyaknya data yang harus dibuat dilaporkan sekolah ke disdik kab/kota, pemprov/departemen. Pemanfaatan Schoolnet belum dilakukan secara optimal. Masih sangat sedikit tersedia konten pembelajaran online yang dapat dimanfaatkan Schoolnet (Jariknas Zona sekolah)
