can be very demanding both emotionally and
physically.
● Heart disease does not care if you are young ,
successful or too busy.
● An estimated 80.7 million adults in united states
have cardiovascular disease.

3. RISK FACTORS

4. SYMPTOMS

● Eat a healthy diet

6. EXERCISE
● 30 minutes of moderate intensity
