This document discusses various cytological features seen in different types of lesions and malignancies. It describes cellular polymorphism, nuclear polymorphism, mitotic figures, and nuclear hyperchromatism seen in malignant lesions. Necrosis is also noted as a feature of tumors related to ischemia. Specific lesions described include a benign leiomyoma of the uterus, a well-circumscribed breast neoplasm, and an adenocarcinoma of the colon showing mitosis and nuclear abnormalities. Malignant fibrous histiocytoma is also summarized as consisting of spindle cells, histiocyte-like cells, and giant malignant cells with frequent mitoses.
