1. To process an order, the seller must enter the order ID and pickup code provided by the customer within 15 minutes of the code being issued. 2. The seller then enters invoice details, checks warranty information if applicable, and enters product serial numbers. They can also view customer and payment details. 3. To complete the order, the seller clicks "Handover Package" to mark the order as delivered. This allows the seller and customer to receive payouts and cashback.

1. Always enter the correct Order ID, otherwise, you will not be able to process the order
