When a product is cancelled by a customer before shipping, you can check your orders in the cancelled stage
Click on the Orders tab Select More and click on Cancelled from the dropdown
Here, you can view orders which are cancelled by the customer
as well as you

Check returns before delivery
orders
How to check return before delivery orders on the seller panel?
When an order is cancelled by a customer after shipping and before delivery of the product, you can check it in the Returns Before
Delivery stage
Click on Returns tab Click on the Returns before delivery tab to
check the orders which have been cancelled
before the delivery

Click on the Date filter to check the cancelled orders from a
specific date range
Click on the select filter to apply the status filter
How to check return before delivery orders on the seller panel?
Click on All to view all your Return before delivery orders Return Initiated - When a customer requests for a return
while the product is in transit, you’ll be
able to see the product here

Return Delivered - When after cancellation, a product
gets delivered to you, you can view it
under Return Delivered
Note – You can raise a ticket for Return before delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 7 days from the date of Return before delivery marked. Ticket raised beyond 7 days from the date will
not be entertained.

To check orders which have been requested for a return after the delivery, follow these steps -
Click on Returns tab Click on Returns after delivery tab

Click on the date filter to view the return orders from a
specific date range
How to check return after delivery orders on the seller panel?
The available search options are: Order ID, Item ID, Tracking Number, Shipper, Warehouse, and
Status
You can also filter your search for returns by selecting one option at a time from the various options available within the Search
dropdown list -

Note - In this stage, all return stages are also known as return after delivery stages.
There are four sections: Approved, Picked, Returned and All

Paytm Mall

Click on the Picked tab to view the details of the orders
picked by the courier partner from the customer
View details of the courier by clicking on return courier AWB

Click on the Returned tab to view the details of the
returns delivered back to you
When a returned product is successfully delivered back to you, the status of the order changes to return delivered
Note – You can raise a ticket for Return after delivery POD (proof of delivery) within 7 days from the date of Return after delivery marked. Ticket raised beyond 7 days from the date will not
be entertained.

orders
Click on Download Order CSV to download the
detailed csv of the return orders
