This document discusses how to manage working hours, weekly holidays, and scheduled holidays for warehouses on the Paytm Mall seller panel. Sellers can log into their panel, select a warehouse, and edit the working hours, weekly holiday, or apply for scheduled holidays by following the steps outlined. Changes to working hours or weekly holidays will apply to new orders the next day, while sellers must give at least 7 days notice for scheduled holidays and can have a maximum of two holidays per month.

Login to Paytm Mall seller panel and follow these steps -
Hover your cursor over your Email ID And click on the Profile tab from the dropdown

Scroll down the page

Click on ‘Calendar Details’

Click on ‘Select a Warehouse’ and select the warehouse whose working hours and weekly holiday
you want to manage
Note – You can set different working hours/ weekly holiday for multiple warehouses.

To manage your working hours, click on the edit icon
To set your working hours follow these steps -

Uncheck the box if not applicable

Select the opening time of your warehouse Select the closing time of your warehouse

Your working hours are updated now
Points to remember:
• You can only edit the details once in 30 days
• You must set a minimum of 8 working hours
Note – The new schedule will be considered for new orders from the next day. You still need to serve existing orders as per SLA
Click on Confirm

To manage your Weekly Holiday, click on the edit icon
To set your weekly holiday follow these steps -

Select the weekly holiday from the dropdown Click on Confirm

Your details are updated
Points to remember:
• Courier pickups will not be attempted on your weekly holiday
• Only one weekly holiday in a week is permitted
Note – The new schedule will be considered for new orders from the next day. You still need to serve existing orders as per SLA

To apply for your Holidays, click on the Add holiday button
To set your scheduled holidays, follow these steps -

Points to remember:
• You need to apply for your scheduled holidays at least 7 days in advance
• You can for apply for a maximum of two Consecutive holidays
• You can apply for a maximum of two scheduled holidays in a calendar month

17. Points to remember:
• Courier pickups will not be attempted on your scheduled holidays
• The new schedule will be considered for new orders from the next day. You still need to serve the existing orders as per the SLA

To change your scheduled holidays, follow these steps -
Points to remember:
• In case you want to change/cancel your scheduled holiday, you will be needed to make the changes/cancellation at least three days in advance or else the
system will not allow such changes
