6. Handing over the product to the customer -
Generate your own invoice
(Both original and carbon copy)
Handover the product to the
customer with the original invoice
Get the customer’s signature on
the carbon copy of the invoice
Note: 1. For reconciling the order, you need to add the Paytm Mall Order ID in your system against your invoice number
2. If it is an electronic product, please ensure that you have mentioned its IMEI/Serial Number on the invoice
3.The Order will be marked as ‘Delivered’ by Paytm Mall team
